They dryers don’t work properly and they don’t put signs up on them to indicate out of order. My clothes were still damp after having them in for almost 45 mins on high setting. The workers in there are incompetent (Stephanie low haircut) so it’s pointless addressing the issue with them because they don’t care and won’t refund you at all when they know something wrong with the machines. I won’t ever wash or dry there again!

I would give zero stars if I could. The girl with the short died red hair. Zero people skills. When we had a concern with one out of three dryers did not work. She replied with very negative energy "FIRST OF ALL" talking to us like we were her children or the husband she was angry with. This is extremely poor customer relations.
With the exception of this one person. Because there were two employees working. And the other was extremely friendly. The place was clean. A little pricey. But I guess that is just the world in general.

Wooooowwwww! I’ve been here more than once over the last three years. Pretty much every time I have to do laundry, mainly because it’s familiar. There is a really nice woman who works the counter often and has been nothing but helpful, even when I didn’t ask. Other than the occasional stuck quarter, I’ve never had a problem here… until today.

Today, I split my large load of laundry (like I always do), I fed three quarters into each machine and went back to my car to chill. I expected wet jeans, as it usually the case, which I planned to put back in for another 50 cents or so, whatever it takes. Instead? When I went to unload my clothes, they were neither warm nor dry, none of them. When I bent down to get them from the bottom dryer, I detected the distinct and well known smell to me, of gas. As that is what burns places down. Out of concern, I informed, not the kind woman but some guy who was working.

He walked over, stood about 5 ft away from the dryer and mumbled, “I don’t smell no gas”. Of course you don’t smdh. I explained he would actually have to smell the dryer as that is what I did when I reached into it, which he refused to do. He then continued to mumble unintelligibly but I caught something about dryer sheets. I had enough already. I have little patience for… this kind of thing.

Frustrated, I went outside to calm down. I don’t like me when I’m angry and neither does anyone else. As I’m cooling down, This guy approaches me with a bunch of dryer sheets in his hand and mumbles something else I can’t understand. He seems high on opiates but I can’t be positive. In any event, I need dry clothes and I used all my cash and they don’t accept Apple Pay, the only form of card I have currently due to a stolen wallet.

I follow him inside and, despite understanding very little of what he said, I was able to glean that he was leading me to a working dryer. After I threw my clothes in and he is peeling off the dryer sheets that I didn’t ask for, he proceeds to accuse me of lying to him, saying the clothes weren’t dry (my original complaint, what a revelation!) but it can’t be faulty equipment, I must not have put any money in and then lied to him to get what? A free clothes drying? Even if I was lying about that, how desperate must I be to lie about such a thing? Would it kill you if I were that desperate to dry some clothes? Have you never needed help or what? In any case, I wasn’t lying.

Incidentally, I never lie. It’s a point of pride for me. But customer service at this coin laundry means being accused of being a scum bag liar because, clearly, me lying is far far more plausible than the dryer having its pilot light out despite the fact that I told him exactly how to verify it and he refused.

So, for those keeping score, I reported a serious hazard to their customers, was called a liar for my troubles and he treated to “back the tape up” which I aggressively invited him to do. I’m not sure if that’s what he did or if he actually smelled the dryer but he came out later to tell me that he would report the gas leak. Just. Freakin. Unbelievable and entirely unnecessary. Please hire staff with at least some basic sense of what is expected of a customer service representative. Just wow.

This will definitely be the last time I give these people money. I think it’s very likely that white, nerdy IT guys simply aren’t welcome here.

Came up here to do laundry here for the first time. The lady with blue hair working here is extremely rude! Needless to say I will not be returning. She also refused to return my, disabled senior citizen mother's money. After she accidently put into the wrong dryer, because she is legally blind. She said "what would you like me to do about it, when it was her mistake? " With an attitude! Terrible customer service.

Clean and quick. Best laundry facility I think I've ever used. Love that helpful staff are always there and they are consistently wiping out the washers after someone used it.

Here it is almost 8am and the laundry mat isn't open. I wonder what employee didnt want to come in and do their job. When the laundry mat is supposed to open at 7. The owner needs to find some one that wants to work and not have people out her waiting to wash their clothes because his worker didn't want to show up.

The place was very clean, and the lady that work there was very friendly and helpful and seem to get along with everyone. She always helps my wife and me when we go there.
