VERY DIRTY RUNDOWN ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS REMODELING AND NEW EQUIPMENT MISSING BUTTONS ON MACHINES, UNWSWEPT FLOORS AND THE MACHINES LOOK LIKE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS DISSAPOINTED I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE.

I travel a lot for work and have visited quite a few laundromats. This one was spacious and clean. My favorite laundromat in Florida

This place is very clean and organized. Staff is great and helpful as well as efficient with my orders!

I understand that we all have bad days but there is an employee there that I have had terrible interactions with each time.

The first time I went to let her know that a washer was stuck in “wash” mode where she proceeded to brush me off & tell me it would finish shortly. Long story short, it did not finish shortly so I was stuck there waiting for the manager to get there to unlock the washer in order to stop it so I can get my clothes out (the manager was a lovely woman, very helpful).

The next time I went, I loaded one of the jumbo washers with the $7 it needs only for that washer to not start, I let the employee know & she insinuates that I did not put any money in it but ends up starting the washer.

I went today and used the same washer but recorded myself inserting the quarters just in case & of course the same thing happened so I approach the woman to let her know & I show her the recording. When she gets to the washer she states I owe her 75 cents so I show the recording again of my putting in the quarters until it said “run”. After saying multiple people have used the machine with no issues so I let her know I’ll be happy to send the video to the owner so he can get it fixed.

At this point it’s clear that it would be easier to find a new laundromat, the interactions with this employee have been the worst I have experienced & the convenience of it being close to my house it not worth the disrespect I have received as a customer.

I love how this laundry has a way to make it feel like home. It was my first time coming to a laundry house and the staff was so easy on me giving me direction on how to use the machines. I left with my laundry smelling fresh and me more confident about coming back and feeling like a pro!

Came to this location to dry 1 small load of cloths because my dryer suddenly died and I needed the items for work the next day. After entering the establishment, I was stopped by a woman working there that started yelling at me and telling me to leave because I was unwelcome and not allowed to dry my clothes there. She continued to yell at me and shake her finger in my face until I left. This was the must disrespectful treatment that I had ever received in any establishment!

Dryer broken. Attendant insists it works when it clearly doesn't. Surly about it, too. Cramped and not very clean.
