Cold Stone Creamery, Miami FL

Horrible customer service experience. The manager Calvin not only mistreats workers, but he makes customers feel terrible. I love cold stone icecream, but I am extremely upset at the service given to me and the way this manager functions! I'd think twice about employment here.

The worst place to enjoy a good ice cream, the big ice cream and only 2 bars the kit kat and didn't mix? Juan if you don't like to work stay in your house

OMG! That black man has so much attitude, i overheard how he was speaking to a customer. I hope he is not the manager? !? What has happened to great customer service?

Well, personally I like cold stone creamery, to me their ice cream it's really creamier than most watery ice creams out there.overall the ingredients are very good they're very well organized and the store looks clean everything's separated very properly label makes it easier to pick what you like when you're ordering from them definitely a place to gather with a family enjoy a cold ice cream with all this heat you're in Miami and it's a good fun time to do something of the ordinary and enjoy the valuable time without with our families.

Delicious and so creamy. I thought I could handle the big cup, unfortunately couldn’t finish it, that was such a huge ice cream. I tried the strawberry batter batter topped with whipped cream. Simply delicious. The service was great, and fast. All the counter looked clean. Definitely coming back to try a different flavor and probably order one of the the ice cream cakes.

Coldstone is a hit or miss. Guy working there put a decent amount of ice cream. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Brain Freeze nearby has better customer service

Order to pick up a chocolategerman w strawberry.didn’t got them n the brownie was a big chunk w the ice cream.

Disgusting. I saw several roaches (tiny and bigger ones) running in and out of the display freezer where they have the ice cream. I paid for my ice cream because it felt unfair to the kids working and threw it away immediately. Never coming back. STAY AWAY.

I walked in with my whole family. My Wife and 4 kids. I was told over five times to put a mask on. We were all wearing masks. The bathroom had a sign that it was out of service when it wasnt. When i finally stuck up for my family they refused to serve me. STAY AWAY

I order on the app and when i get there to pick up my order, thats when i was then told that the didnt have the flavor i order instead of before i had paid.
