It's an ice cream parlor run by a generation of kids that will hardly get off their phone to take your order

It doesn't work, it's terrible, the cakes don't work, they made me a bad cake, it didn't work as it was ice cream and only a thin layer when it got home, it arrived melted and the manager didn't want to return the money and she didn't want to give me a cake either.

This location has always been amazing. I tried the cheesecake fantasy and added almonds, and it is now my go to

Always upsetting. First of all the lines are usually long. So try going early on a weekday. Secondly they always run out of toppings and I honestly don’t know why I’m paying full price anymore. Coldstone isn’t cheap. If you can’t provide the basics add a discount. The last final nail in the coffin was the Barbie ice cream. They just gave me pink ice cream with sprinkles. Looked NOTHING like the advertisement. This location is trash compared to others. Hopefully they can step up their game or maybe even open another location to ease the line after reading my review. If you can skip this location OR go earlier then do it.

If you don’t give tips they charge you extra.
Prices come up on the go.
When she saw that she had not paid the tip, she said that she had charged me less than she should have.
It’s price for 2 ice creams. There is a different price on the menu.

The ice cream was yummy but the music was so loud that it was difficult to even place our order.as it happens, the order was incorrect, but rather than try to speak louder than the music I just accepted the mistake… even though it did cost me more.the tables outside weren’t wiped down but the awful part was the metal chair legs on the concrete surface was worse than nails on a chalkboard. I think next time I’ll try to find a different Cold Stone location.

For the price they charge I feel like a little more initiative to put more than one Reese's peanut butter cup and one tablespoon of mixings into the ice cream. Would be appreciated use to be the best.

The ice cream is superb; always is. Service with a smile was definitely not their motto this evening. You’d think that the two workers had been entered into a look as miserable as you can contest. I was almost sorry to be making them work for their pay.

The ice cream is amazing (as expected!) But overheard the same evening manager. Geniva, being rude to multiple employees for the second time. Considering the other reviews that mention her we can only assume this is tolerated or encouraged. This made it awkward for my family and sets a poor example for what my young girls should accept from leaders. Prob wont go back. I cant imagine what its like when customers arent around.

Horrible service today in Ocala.
We have been coming here over 15 years. Same order.
We only asked to put in a plastic cup what did not fit on the BIG cone.
They said NO.
And threw away what was left.
So the manager - Genevieve- said i will make a new one.
Very Rude manager.
People serving the ice cream without hair net or gloves.

We will not be coming back.
