They dont give you want you want.they didn't even listen to me when I gave my order.never coming back

Love the ice cream and very creative too I ordered the chocolate devolution and it was good. For a chocolate person 10/10 (I’m allergic to peanuts so of course is not peanuts) if it’s not perfect always finish it god bless y'all - Victor

The employee was rude, had an attitude and proceeded to do several other duties in between fixing my order of 5 ice creams!

So disappointed food took forever one kids didn't get thir food he got his dinner when everyone else was done.we made reservations. I got up use restroom and waiter left credit card on table when I wasn't thir and it went missing so upset I had to cancel my card! I didn't like sandwich didn't eat it.ate 3 wings spend 47$ on a bad time

Horrible experience here. Employees were very rude and one female employee for some bizarre reason that still confuses me to this day would not take my order. She insisted that she needed to help other customers that arrived after I did. Corporate ice cream shops are becoming more and more unappealing everyday, especially with covid restrictions.

There’s currently a line out the door and all the girls working are doing such a great job! Everyone is being handled quickly and they are so friendly!

I got a chocolate shake today I love chocolate ok
I was expecting a intense chocolate not the case it tasted like a molt shake no chocolate flavor I think it may been on the verge of going bad I couldn't drink it it was nasty fifteen minutes later what little bit I did drink I threw it up it was worse tasting coming up my first time here I have to say I won't return

While not the least expensive ice cream around, Cold Stone is a nice splurge. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is consistently good. I had the Banana Split and it was yummy (the candied walnuts are a nice touch).

Me and my husband had a horrible experience with a local ice cream shop so we came over to our reliable creamery we normally go to back home in ga.the staff was amazing the icecream was on point! I a so thankful for the amazing hospitality that we always receive from cold stone thanks guys!

Nothing wrong with the experience. Girl was nice and quick with the order. But once I ordered one Love It, one Like It and a kiddie size for $18 I didnt expect it to be that much. And honestly will keep me from coming back anytime soon.

Came to have a good Time from the cold stone but I got a terrible experience this time, I never have it from there.on the glass it’s saying about corona Virus social distancing but they not practicing nothing. They employees are sitting on the top the counter not covering the mouth, not wearing a glove really, also they don’t take order through the phone only online it’s juts because of virus and they don’t even using glove or mask not even social distancing.doesn’t make any sense at all on everything. Also I order for a chocolate devotions with special instruction to put brownies and chocolate chips actually they charge me 0.97 but they didn’t add my order. I went again to get my order done correctly. I’m never going to order from again, I could find several cold stone near. Please educate your staffs some customer service

Nice employees but they need to wash their hands after handling money. Always wear gloves. Great products.

Location is kind of hidden from the main road. I think it survives because the movie theater right next door. When I went in there was no one else there and so I received a quick service. A girl making ice cream was friendly and tried to make conversation. The ice cream has always tasted amazing.

Most Definitely the Bestest Ice cream parlor Anywhere! Lots of flavor choices and available additions to your choices! Cold Stone Creamery has No Equal, they are the Absolute Best!

A little overpriced as the quality isn't what I recall from other Coldstones. Staff was friendly. The area around this location is in the decline and a bit sketchy.

I like this place too much. Great flavors and fair prices. Every time I have been here, the place is clean and well staffed. I love when they introduce new flavors. Exciting.

Everytime i go in i get the birthday cake remix amd last 2 visits the cake batter tasted sour and expired almost like a cream cheese taste. When i go in i go in thinking they've fixed it but its came out the same. Unimpressed

I’ll commit a crime for some birthday cake remix! Haha not really but you know what I mean! I love their ice-cream!
