Cold Stone Creamery, Miami FL

Ice cream was melting soon as we walked out the door. Maybe because of all the wetting of the spoon. Literally had to walk right back in to get napkins because it was dripping everywhere. 3 minutes after driving off it was halfway melted. Contacted the manager but he offered no resolution, only attitude. I’ve never had this happen at any other Cold Stone. So no I do not recommend and I certainly would never return here.

You'll have around 24 flavors available.
They will mix different flavors on the cold board if you ask.
Price and service are fair.

Terrible service. As another comment said “stop hiring people who do not want to do their jobs” U did not tip because of the way the girl was doing the ice cream. I got a Strawberry Blond and basically had strawberries that seemed ice cubes! Than before she finished she looked and see if I tipped! Hell no! You’ve got it back wards! The worst experience I have had here. I mat not go back ever!

Super bad service, 3 people to serve more than 20 inside the store, not respecting the norms related to covid-19, terrible service, incomplete menu, a young woman with overweight, treating customers badly, bad experience, the young man who works in the store making waffles, did not use the mask properly, touched his nose at all times, terrible attention! I do not recommend that place.go to another.súper mal servicio, 3 personas para atender más de 20 dentro de la tienda, sin respetar las normas relacionadas con el covid-19, pésima atención, menú incompleto, una joven con sobre peso, tratando mal a los clientes, pésima experiencia, el joven que trabaja en la tienda haciendo los waffles no usaba la máscara de forma adecuada, se tocaba la nariz en todo momento, pésima atención! No recomiendo ese lugar.vayan a otro.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst cold stone. Online ordering is useless, they’ll never have it ready until you get there. They’ll always be out of something you want. They are also have the slowest and most careless employees one could ever hire.

In all honesty, I like Hageen Dazs ice cream better but Coldstone is pretty good too. The always revolving staff is young and cheerful and usually quick, but still be prepared to spend a few minutes in line if you come Saturday or Sunday night. Still worth it if you came out of the movies or skipped dessert at the restaurant, or maybe you just want to spoil your wife:)

Great place but a great thing it's not closer to my house because I would be double in weight + put a door out of my kitchen to their front door.

I love Cold Stone because you're always going to get the first mix in. The selclection could vary more but I guess they work with what they got.

Didn't want to go in this place after looking at how gross the parking lot was. No pride at all in this shopping center.

The service needs to improve in this location for the better of the community and for the name of cold stone.

Nice and clean. The selections are all fairly priced. Parking is always readily available and the strip mall where the store is located is extremely easy and convenient to find. It gets crowded sometimes but the courteous and professional crowd can handle it very well. This place also does not skimp you on the ice cream. Only knock was that there isn't much seating within the store.

Of course, I love this colstone store from Long time good ambient excellent staff and location. El mejor helado de North America. El team is important for me, gente que sepa lo que hace, estos muchachos, son Excelentes, El mejor colstone de Miami es Este.

This place does not deserve even one star. Worst customer service ever. They literally closed the door in my face, and they did it an hour before closing time. I wont ever come back to this place.

The ice cream is so good the place is clean it is easy to get your food and sit or go there is so many flavors to chose from

Great quirky ice cream with amazing staff. If you're in the area, definitely drop by for some of their more inventive flavors like Gingersnap or Brown Butter. Yum.

Love this place! Best icecream in town. Service is really good. Go here all the time with my girlfriend.
