It is very sad to see such a successful franchise unable to teach their employees better customer service. I entered the store, there was no one in line, I bought a $48 cake and asked him to please write me "happy birthday" and they told me they couldn't, a gentleman in line told them; There are 3 employees, one of you write it down.and a inexperienced employee said; We don't have permission to "write", wow you need a "degree" to satisfy the client.thank you

Ice cream is great, but wow, is it expensive. Not something I can take the family to except on very special occasions.

One of the best ice creameries in town. This location is clean, adequately staffed and efficient.

Cold Stone Creamery is good, they never disappoint. My wife loves this place. It is one of her favorite places to get ice cream. No matter which flavor or combination you create their ice cream is on the sweeter side but it's good.

Yummy ice cream! So good, that "ice cream beards" are made here! The crew mixes in toppings and flavors and prepares shakes with fresh toppings. The Creamery is in-house, so you get the freshest flavors! Don't forget to tip your server. They hustle to keep that line moving and create custom cones and cups just for you!

Okay so I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 years no issues but today when I went to go pick up my icecream (I placed an order through the app) I came in around 8: 20 pm and the guy asked if I’m the one who placed it and if I did he needs to see ID. I said I have to go back in the car and get it and says “no problem it’s okay” I found that weird because my mom came in to grab my order a couple days ago and they didn’t ask for an ID. After receiving my order I had to sign for it. Never had to do that before. Even when I place an order at a different store when I’m out of town I never have to show ID or sign for something because I place my order through the app. Anyways why would I come in and randomly ask for an order for “christyl” obviously I’m the one who ordered it. I’m not trying to steal the icecream lol.

Way too expensive in my opinion. Was charged 2 medium specialities plus extra dollar for ice cream? Do like how they mix ingredients in the ice cream before they put in containers.

Terrible customer service. Had to get manager on the phone who was reluctant to apologize on behalf of her employee Kimberly that refused to give me a spoon after my child had dropped hers. I sat waiting for 5 minutes and had to grab my own spoon and reach behind the counter MYSELF to get a spoon. Unhappy looking employees. If you want good ice cream go somewhere else, you won’t regret it.

Workers were super nice and helpful but no one said anything when someone brought their dog inside. The dog was on a retractable leash and the owner wasn't paying attention to it so it was walking all around the store. It was a very small dog so if they were holding it the whole time or if they ate outside, I wouldn't care. It wasn't a service animal either.

Such a fun Saturday night experience! A balloon artist from a Twist of Fun was there! And the ice cream was delicious too!

We love Cold Stone! When we're home or on vacation! Well, this visit was on vacation. Store #23481, on 4/15/2023 around 9: 30 pm. The receipt says that the cashier was Kira. She was also the person who had taken my order. RUDE is an understatement! She was acting like she couldn't talk, barely made eye contact and was acting very uninterested in helping me. I even asked her was she okay because her attitude was so bad and she said. Had she said no, I would have prayed with her at that moment. But instead, I had to leave and pray for her. When we were walking out of the store, she said something about me because everyone behind the counter was staring at us. Really didn't want her bad spirit and attitude to affect my great day and vacation with my family. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not a 1 star, is because the other ladies in there were extremely nice and had no problems helping my husband and small children with their orders. Wish this visit was like all of the other stores we visit. Maybe next time.

I just bought a birthday cake here and holy cow it was definitely the best place I could have gone!
The customer service was AMAZING. The woman explained every single flavor and topping very politely and which ones were their best sellers. I told her I considered going to another competitor and she didn’t say a single negative thing about them. She was so positive but I am extremely happy that I went here instead of anywhere else. They personalized the cake for free too!

They gave expired ice cream with slices of bread, ice cream caused vomiting. People are not respected here, they cook for a very long time and from not fresh products you can get infected on yourself and children. Good luck!

I only have two issues. NAPKINS. $50 for ice cream and then no napkins around the outside area or around the store. And the ones by the register are paper thin. You need about 30 of them for a "like it" ice cream.

Secondly. When you come in theres no "hi how are you" from the staff which is kinda uninviting and leads to a not so welcoming environment.

However the ladies who are usually there are always very patient. Which is greatly appreciated by someone like me with multiple kids.

The ice cream and the service was good but it was quite expensive. There are other ice cream shops with lots of options and good quality for cheaper.

I am OBSESSED with the Chocolate truffle ice cream with chocolate shavings, graham cracker crust (extra), and peanuts. My boyfriend and I have ordered Cold Stone for delivery 5 times in the past week it has been that dang good. The service is always amazing and quick even when they are busy. Favorite ice cream. Try my creation! I'm calling it Miss Magnum Pie

Service was slow. A couple workers just talking while we waited at the counter. Ice cream amount was well below top of the bowl.

I went bought ice cream from them was eating it. Had long piece hair in ice cream. Took back to counter told the girl. She was like ok I’ll make it over no sorry about it nothing. Just shrug off made ice cream bowl over.
