A few months ago we made the decision that it was time to downsize to a smaller home. We stopped in to see Fred and got the ball rolling. Our transaction was quite complex in that we had to sell our existing home while trying to find a smaller home to purchase with timing to put all this together being of utmost importance. Fred put together an outstanding marketing plan for our existing home using a professional photographer to take areal drone photos of our home and it came out beautiful, attracting dozens of inquiries. Thanks to Fred's expertise in this area we were able to sell our home on the second day listed. We then located a smaller new home under construction and Fred took it from there. He worked with the builder on a tremendous amount of details and got the home completed to our satisfaction. We were able to stay in our existing home until the new home was ready thanks to Fred's efforts. As a retired Banker I'm highly service oriented and Fred Elliott met or exceeded all our expectations. The amount of detail and paperwork that goes into a real estate transaction is unbelievable and you want someone with the integrity, professionalism and knowledge to handle this important matter for you. Fred meets all the necessary criteria. Fred would call or text on a daily basis to keep us up-dated until every detail was completed. The open line of communication throughout this entire transaction was excellent on Fred's part.

I must also say that Rubi and Michelle from Rentals are amazing and very helpful anytime I've ever needed anything.whether it be something fixed or just a a question answered they are very quick and professional! Laurel Levis- Doyle assisted us in purchasing a lot today 02/06/2020. She was very helpful, answering all questions, good follow-ups she is very professional, she looked into the lots I purchased a few days before and found one next to my other two that I was looking and need and it was in the market a few days ago. I would say she is great, the contrary of one of her fellow worker.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication with this company, I scheduled a showing for 4: 30 and called them to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late as I was leaving work and the woman told me that the agent was on her way and that she would be there and I arrived there at 4: 40 PM and called them to let them know I arrived and miraculously the woman happen to tell me that there was already an application put in for that rental property so why couldn’t somebody tell me that when I schedule a showing three hours prior. I changed my whole schedule and spent money to be there and took off work and it all could have been prevented with more respectful communication. Waste of time for me to find a place to live trough this realty company. Unfortunate to have to leave a review like this but I refuse to let this go unsaid because I was shocked to have been giving the run around like that, I am a service plumber and I pride my self on communication and notifying my customers. These people are CROOKS! Had a contract with them they told us we could cancel anytime, they didn't sell my property in 6 months and i signed a release, then they come later saying they won't let me list my property with another agent and they threaten unless we give them a 6% commission if they bring a buyer they won't releaase the property.i've never experienced such level of fraudulent real estate in my life.

Lowest application fees I have had in the area!

I have never seen such an unscrupulous Real Estate office in my life. We looked at one of their listings and wrote and offer. We gave a good faith escrow deposit on the home. We didn't have a whole lot of cash to deal with until our down payment comes in April. The sellers accepted the offer which was a full price offer. They wanted us to put up $1000 escrow to accept the offer. We could come up with a total of $500 and the Broker for this firm said no it had to be $1000. They thought we were so desperate we would borrow money for the escrow. We really wanted the house and had already started the process with our mortgage bank. WE were prequalified so this was a good offer. The kept pressuring us with the house has been shown many times. Well it had only been on the market 2 days so that is probably not true regardless they only had one offer. Ours. So they can keep the house. We won't deal with unscrupulous Realtors.

Michelle in the rentals department will laugh in your face for having low credit. SHE clearly stated that its pointless for us to look at any other proprieties they have listed because only ONE OWNER denied us, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR CREDIT, but because we didn't meet the OWNERS requirements, they have now told us to look elsewhere, they didn't want to help us. And the reception lady in the rentals department is beyond RUDE! She gave out information based off assumption, falsified her answers based off our questions.
