Seriously unprofessional and unpleasant experience, rented a home from this location, and the short and sweet is that the agent I worked with was not only a terrible reflection of Coldwell but I am positive the homeowner was disappointed in the management of their property by said agent, who breached several FHA laws. The agent caused undue conflict between tenants due to lack of due diligence, and financial processes literacy.
Also, the agent played a significant role in causing unnecessary stress and frustration between tenants. Very unethical behaviors was the trend, and often resulted in poor results and a terrible experience.

Kimberly Shaler is the best realtor we have ever had. I say this as someone who has moved quite a bit and also a landlord. She worked extremely hard to market and sell our property with open houses, marketing material and excellent communication skills. Before taking the listing she worked hard to find comparable properties that were sold to get us the highest price possible for the house. She didn't low ball her estimate to sell the house quickly. She was accommodating with everything and I mean everything that I felt necessary. She put up many signs for the open houses and brought food for the attendees. Marketing material was both mailed out and available in the home. She sent us weekly market reports. She always had our best interest in mind. If we had a question or concern she would take it upon herself to help find the answer. She is not only extremely professional, but also very polite, kind and honest. I have experienced many realtors that start off well and then later become very pushy with their only goal being to sell your house at any cost. This is not Kimberly Shaler. I kept wondering when she would become some super pushy sales woman that I would long to be rid of. She never did. She sold my house quickly with hard work and integrity.

Rachael Brown that works from this office is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with. She does her own business outside of representing Coldwell Banker that she pushes on people and it all comes off as a scam. She has her own Realty company and property management company and tries to push you away from a reputable company such as Coldwell Banker. When dealing with Rachael, she says that all she does is list the house and does no other work for the client. She shows up to the property barely wearing clothes and not conservative or professionally dressed. She is very disrespectful when she speaks. If you work with this location, work with a different realtor that is experienced and actually cares about the client and the company they represent. This lady is a scammer.

Michelle Martin is PhENoMENaL. We have bought and sold, 6 homes to date, all of which were different real-estate agents; this was our first w/ Coldwell Banker Realty.
This home sale was also our first in probate, as my mom’s condo/townhome was for sale w/ Michelle prior to her passing.
Michelle was always professional, prompt, and available, and if she doesn’t know the answer (since this was a different listing) she would seek the appropriate sources to get answers to any question we posed. WE ARE SO thankful Michelle Martin was our listing agent on this home’s sale, we really appreciate all that she did for us and can not thank her enough!
