The 2 gentlemen in Orlando Florida that came to to deliver my chair that had to be assembled very carefully did a great job! They went above and beyond while here. I highly recommend this company!

The local and Indiana movers were great. Bob and Chris were excellent. The packers were another story. The were in to big a hurry to pack us u. Our china was to go to storage in Florida, instead they marked them for Indiana. Clothing and items were missed marked and sent to the wrong location. Your administration staff was very poor in their communications with us.
Over all the drivers and local movers were a 10.
The packers and admin staff get a 5.

The service was awesome from start to finish. The initial appointment was on-time, efficient and quick. The rep (Steve) made a GREAT first impression - neatly and professionally dressed, which is important when all you have to go on to judge a company is how the reps look. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and accommodating in helping me decide which services I needed/didn't need. Steve gave me a discount (didn't have to) based on the amount and type of stuff I had. Moving isn't cheap and you get what you pay for. The pick-up happened on time and was so fast -it was over before I knew it. The driver was friendly and extra careful to not let my pets out the door. I wish I got his name to thank him in this review. Charlene, my Coleman moving coordinator, was an absolute treasure. She contacted me every step of the way. I had to reschedule the delivery date two more times because my new house closing date changed twice after the first scheduled delivery date. Charlene took care of all of the details each time with no hesitation, to ensure my stuff would be delivered when I wanted/needed - getting your stuff when YOU want it is a huge convenience. She even sent emails to ask how I was personally doing with the move (from FL to NY) just to keep in touch. That kind of service is above and beyond and rare. The delivery was on time and I mean on-time. The driver said 1: 00 and he was at my house at 1: 00 (not the typical BS "between 8 AM and 4 PM window"). It snowed that day and Mike (also courteous and professional), put down floor liners in my house to keep my floors/rugs clean and dry. When he removed them, it was like he was never there. I highly recommend Coleman-Allied if you want your possessions moved with the professionalism that gives you confidence in great service and peace of mind. These folks know what they are doing and they do it with a smile, kind words, and care!

Kelvin was our driver and he was an exceptional leader. He directed his crew and lead them to one of the most outstanding moves I have ever experienced…and I spend 25 years in the military so I have experienced a few moves!

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the service and the 3 men who delivered our possessions. After being in storage much longer than expected, we were thrilled when the truck arrived right on time. I would highly recommend Coleman!

We had a large interstate move, along with my father's. They lost 5 cartons of my father's belonging & the office has been horrible to work with. Steve Bruno, the salesman was professional at first, but then the terms & price of the contract changed. Upon delivery we told them the truck wouldn't fit down our driveway but the delivering truck driver had no clue. My father's move was a disappointment too. Missing items & their office was of no help trying to relocate them. Buyer BEWARE!

They were very anxious to please and very professional. These guys know the moving business. They knew how to move our estate home from Florida to Texas. We had two huge semi trucks to make the move. So glad we didn't let price make the decision of who to hire.

They damaged front door of place I was moving out of, costing me $150. I emailed them pics, filed an online claim like they suggested. They denied my claim, and when I asked them to escalate to a mgr, I never got a response from a mgr. I emailed again, still never got a response from a mgr.

2nd dealing with Coleman.same company, different offices. This time to move a dining set. Professional drivers, move handled with care. They were on time too. Worked with Megan to set things up and she was great.no.she was the beat.

The Coleman moving team did a wonderful job with our move from Fl to Va. They were very professional and communicated all moving details throughout the process. We highly recommend the Coleman moving team.

Blocking not only the entire sidewalk, the entire yard and but also one lane of traffic. As a dog walker it is very difficult to do my job when I have to walk the dogs ON THE STREET. To add to that, when I had to walk into the street the movers (that saw me walking the dogs) chose that moment to start throwing boxes and scared the dogs. One almost ran into the on coming traffic. Called the Jacksonville, Fl office and the gentleman in “ customer relations“ did not care at all. Nice to know a company totally lacks any care for others. Wish I could share the picture I took (from a safe distance). Showing the 2 (large) trucks blocking everything.

Driver and helper were very professional
And knowlegdeable. Pickup was on time and delivery was a day early! On a acalw of 1-10 I wouls give them a 10.

It's always scary anytime you move, especially when it involves across several states. I could not have asked for a better experience. From Steve's initial visit, to Charlene and all her assistance preparing me for the move. But I really want to give my true and sincere gratitude to Kelvin and his moving crew. They were so professional, kind, and accommodating to my smallest wish. I could not have asked for a better crew and experience.
