Outstanding service! I’d drive here from a far to get service here rather than elsewhere. Their greeting cards are only $0.99 can’t beat that!

Every time when I have need to send a package, I always use "Cole's Postal Center. " I know that Dennis and his friendly team will do their best to give me the best savings on postage. I have recommended Cole's to so many others and they've all had great experiences with Cole's. Highly recommend!

Amazing people working at this place! Very friendly and extremely helpful. They even Let us design our package with free stickers & Offered us free cookies on our way out!

If you want to pay 63% more than you would have by mailing at UPS directly then this is the company for you. We payed $72.56 for a package that weighted less than 2 lbs, 11x11 and insured for $1,600. I was surprised by this amount charged so we called UPS directly and asked what they would have charged for this exact same same thing - $44.78 and a 4 day delivery. Cole's is the middleman and I understand that they need to make a profit, but I feel 63% is excessive.

Great friendly people. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what is needed and the package gets there on time.

Another stop at Coles Postal today. Needed to mail out some Priority Mail. Friendly, Helpful employees, lots of cool things for sale, easy to park. Life is good! Thanks for always taking care of.me with a smile too!

Often went to Cole’s due to convenience even though
It was more expensive then Post Office. However while going in during the Pandemic with Covid, the employees did not wear masks, having no respect for their customers health! When I tried going in a couple of times, it was always the same-no masks-I walked out! I have a few other friends who used Cole’s, they stopped going there too! It felt as if they were proud not to wear masks-so sad!

Will never patronize their business again.
Went to mail a package. They wanted $52 via
UPS. I went to the local UPS store. I mailed
it directly with UPS for $40. I understand they
have to make a profit but not at my expense
of $12. They overcharge for all mailing services.
Even a book of postage stamps was a dollar more than going to the Post Office. They are all
very nice people but if you want to save your
hard earned money then go directly to either
UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Walked in the other day and none of the counter people wear a mask. So be aware they do not follow CDC guidelines. I went somewhere else to mail my pkg.

I cant believe I didn't know this place existed! I'm REALLY impressed! The employees, especially Carol, gave me directions & upon arrival, even offered to help carry one of the 3 big packages I had. The other employees were just as courteous & helpful, offering useful advice. Carol gave me a small gift perfect for my elderly mother! It was just what I needed for the day!
I've been using other postal service places. They were either awfully rude or too expensive or both.

I’m a stay at home mother, running a small business and now homeschooling my kids, needless to say I’m always running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off and have come in fairly unprepared (and close to closing time) quite a few times. I know I need to get it together (I’m working on it) but regardless of that, the employees have always been very helpful and accommodating with smiles on their faces despite my lack of preparation. This is something you don’t see very often (especially at other post offices) and I am extremely grateful for that. A+

They are so friendly. Everytime I walk in here I feel at home. I've had some difficult tasks to bring them and they take care of it with a smile.
