College Vue Apartments, Pensacola FL

I had a pretty bad experience at College Vue during the 8 months I lived there.

At first everything seems relatively good, but soon problems appear, and the administrators take advantage of any incoherent excuse to charge you huge amounts of money that were not in the contract.

The facilities suffer from serious deterioration due to lack of maintenance, there are usually insect pests such as cockroaches, poisonous ants, spiders, and sometimes snakes appeared.

There are sometimes security issues due to tenants driving their vehicles drunk (one of them hit my vehicle and then fled, without College Vue being able to provide me with security footage).

Many of the furniture in the apartments are of very low quality and break, and the managers charge huge amounts to replace it (it's a real scam). Black chairs are defective or dangerous, the back legs always break, and cause falls that can be serious. When I notified the managers of the situation, all they did was charge me $75 for the replacement.

Finally, you have to be very careful with the information provided by the guys and girls in the office. They provided me with incorrect information about the termination conditions of my rental contract due to transfer with military orders, and they charged me an extra month.

My tips are:

-Find another place to live (there are cheaper, more honest and better places). It is not a good option for flight school students at NAS Whiting Field, they do not respect the regulations for contracts with military personnel.

-Request all information by email, and if possible in a legalized document with a digital signature, in case legal action has to be taken against College Vue.

-Take photos of all furniture when starting a contract (most will already be broken).

-Ask to change the black chair in the bedroom for another alternative that is not dangerous.

Collegevue is such an amazing place to live! Every worker is so friendly and accomodating, the amenities are amazing as well, and overall just a nice place to live!

I absolutely love living in at college vue! Every day is filled with fun and excitement. The apartments are not only nice, but they are also kept super. It's such a relief to come home to a comfortable and well-maintained space. I couldn't ask for a better place to live during my college years. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a pretty good experience with college vue. Jay in the front office is always very kind and helpful. I love the amenities, I do wish the gym had more machines rather than ellipticals. But overall I’ve had a good experience here!

Nice apartments but ran horribly, earlier this week we got a letter stating there would be inspections Monday-Friday, no time, no certain day. This morning I was woken up to beating on my BED ROOM door, me as a concealed weapons carrier I went straight to my gun which could have ended in many bad ways but as I did I heard them screaming it was maintenance, opened my door to a kid who looked no older than 19 wearing no uniform just telling me he needed to look at my carpet. I knew my dead bolt was locked along with the back door that can not be unlocked from the outside. After looking around found that they came in the WINDOW and left my patio a wreck, and all the stuff knocked off the window seal was left on the ground. Our bed rooms have locks on them that open with a key my concern is what if I didn't wake up? What if I was naked in my bed and they let themselves in? Such a invasion of my privacy! There should be set days for set rooms between certain times. On top of that they beg for good reviews and give out rewards in a drawing in return.

This is by far a great apartment complex for college students. It has been a much better experience when compared to my previous complex. The office staff is always nice and happy to help. They are very professional and care about there residents experience while living here. There amenities are nice as well. They have a movie room, gym, computer lounge, pool, and volleyball court. I am so glad I made the switch to college vue.

Great place to live! I have lived here for 3 years and between the staff and the amenities, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Love the gym, computer room, theatre room, volleyball courts, and the pool! Everything is always clean and whenever something needs to be fixed maintenance always comes in a timely fashion!

Great place to live when you are first starting out in college. Nice furniture and a good location with nice amenities.

College vue is a great place for college students that are on their own for the first time actually moving out. The amenities are great, and the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful! There are always fun activities to do, and the office always engages with their residents!

My favorite part about College Vue is the amenities. It had a beautiful pool, good sized gym, a cool movie room, and full sized sand volleyball court. I definitely recommend, and has better price then other apartments around the area.

I have been living at College Vue for 2 years now and it is absolutely amazing. The workers are very friendly and will help you with any needs you have no matter how big the situation is. The amenities here are like no other apartment around for the price you pay monthly in rent. Super nice space when moving in. I plan to stay here for as long as I am in Pensacola!

I moved to college vue summer of ‘22 from miami.i lived with my teammates, that was amazing and then i loved to a two bedroom. Jay was very helpful with the problems that occurred.

My favorite thing about college is that the apartments are very spacious with lots of storage. The pool and amenities are very nice and well maintained. The staff are very nice and maintenance is always very fast.

College vue is a great place to live! I love my roommates I was paired with and it’s only. 5 mile from UWF campus.

I live here at college vue and it had been the most enjoyable and comfortable place I've ever been able to live. My favorite aspect is the room layouts, the large closets, and the fact that the apartments come furnished:)
