Collier Charter Academy, Naples FL

This schools education is great however the staff members are very rude to parents and teachers. Miscommunication has happened multiple times.

I am a 6th grader who's enrolled here and the school has gotten a lot better since the new principal came.there is little bullying, good teachers, a good system the only problem is the car line system and the lunches

Overall just not a good school to go to its corrupted and im currently a student there and i cannot wait to get outta there

The school staffers are horrible and very confrontational. They are rude and disrespectful they do not speak amongst each other and blame you for not telling 10 people the same message. They do not do what they say they will do. They will put your child safety in jeopardy. My son does not take the bus home. He is car rider because they say due to covid they could not give him a spot on the bus to go home which was odd to me because the bus was not full, and he was able to ride in the mornings. I managed to find ways to have him picked up from school. On multiple occasions I waited in the car line to pick him up from school only to be told they can not find him. They let him on the afternoon bus I had to rush to the bus stop all the way in Ave Maria to get him. Needless to say my son is no longer in that school, and would never go back as they can't even keep track of the students, how could they teach them. I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from them

My twins started kindergarten there this year and they couldn’t love it more! The staff is caring and I love that most of them know not only my kids but me by name when we walk in the door! The boys have grown so much in such a short time! Amazing curriculum and safety is a top priority!

I couldn’t be happier with my child attending Collier Charter Academy. The teachers, staff, administration, are all so caring, loving and supportive. We love how much parent involvement the school provides. Communication has been amazing which is very important to us. Our child has adjusted wonderfully and looks forward to going back everyday. This school has exceeded our exceptions and we couldn’t be happier knowing our child is in the safest school receiving the best education. I highly recommend this school! Go Cardinals!

Just terrible I have been there since 4th grade and gone worst from there. I have never been so happy to move schools in my whole life. The people there are toxic and terrible. Teachers can straight up be stuck up and dumb. Reusing to put in grades because are too lazy. The rules are just horrible. They have softened over the years to the point where teachers don’t care if you have your phone in the back of the class goofing off and it’s not fair for those who wanna learn.

I would not recommend this school. Please look at the lowest reviews they give honest perspective. Admin has a lack of any / clear leadership and constant mess ups. Which does not put my mind at ease in regards to safety. Some of the teachers actually care to go above and beyond to make sure the school day runs smoothly for the kids even with a large gap in resources and internet systems that do not work properly most of the time. This corporation also very clearly does not truly care for it's employees that is probably why turn over is high aside from the things mentioned above. Look at other options if possible.

I am a student at the school and I hate how the some of the teachers and assistant principal treats the students and me personally I hate the way she treats me I don’t recommend I hate the school so much I am happy I am moving next year!

My daughters have been part of Collier Charter Academy since they opened. I love how it feels like a family and how we know most of the teachers and staff. As well as them knowing my daughters by name. I drop them off every morning knowing that if something would go wrong. I would receive a call right away. My girls have grown and learned so much since attending Collier Charter Academy. You can see the dedication the teachers have for teaching the students. They make the children feel welcome when they come to school. I am so happy that I choose this school for my kids.

This school is just bad.i could write a whole essay about how absolutely terrible this school and its administration is.kids are constantly bullying each other and only a limited amount of teachers genuinely care and discipline kids in their classroom but as soon as it goes to admin its like nothing ever happened.this school has a poor education system and left me and several other students very behind.i was there for part of my 5th and all of my 6th grade year, most of the teachers were great though a few were very fond of favoritism.anything that happens at the school stays in the school, parents never get contacted, and punishments are unjust.while with drawling from the school over the summer, the school student director was very rude and cold while discussing my dismissal, she said there was a long list of other kids waiting to get into the school.i wish them luck but im very sorry for their decision.do yourself a favor and save some time, do not send your child here.

The schoool is awsome and teachers really do care i have 2 boys 1 in 1rst and 1 in seventh

Uhh, the school is good and all that BUT, if u want ur child to eat welll. Don’t come here they barely even give you food. Plus the foods bad

Great and Caring Teachers and Staff. I cant say enough good about this school. We found this a s a great alternative to Collier public schools. We had 2 boys here and thanks to the teachers they thrived.

Since covid started, people dont even wear their masks, students AND staff members, its important that everyone has their mask on because we dont want to get everyone sick.teachers tell the kids to put their mask up and dont even have theirs on.i had to quarantine for almost 3 weeks because my family had covid, its very important to stay safe, not only for the children but for the staff members too! Also after talking to several students they would not recommend to not go here, they dont like it here, they dont feel welcomed, and they dont feel appreciated.

I dont really like the school to be honest.the teachers are really dramatic for everything you do.ever since this virus has started this school just became worse and worse.this school does not fufill the middle school experince.its all just a loop of the same thing everyday.the janitors are really rude, they were cursing at me in spanish talking bad about my family and friends.

I was called the n word multiple times by my fellow classmates. I was judged and outed out to most of my Middle school peers. Definitely would not recommend to future students. Some of the teachers were nice, others were very rude when other adults werent around. Whenever we try to talk to the principal or anyone else they just act like we never spoke up. I’ve told many things to my school counselor, and somehow other people found out, even tho i told her not to tell anyone. I did not enjoy my 6th and 7th year at this school, i did not feel welcome. I loved the music program though and. Martinez was the best!
