I can’t believe that there is not an option for scheduled auto-pay.its 21 century and this is government agency and you should’ve definitely have this option for scheduled payments especially if you offer different dates in advance for payment, this is tech world, you can do this.please consider its due a long time ago

All the staff I have encountered here have been pleasant. Although this place can get very busy at times, the number system is well organized for efficiency to keep people moving. The average wait time for me has varied between 20 minutes to an hour. The waiting area is not that big.

The best DMV in collier county! Got my license in less than 25 minutes, Ms. Valiente was so nice and friendly! She’s the type of people that make things that are usually a hassle, easy. Need to hire more people like her all over collier county.

Hello everyone, today we went to this place and were assigned to the person at window # 8 who actually was extremely RUDE (seemed not to have any manners at all, what a shame, but unfortunately is so true) from the very beginning. She didn’t even allowed us to talk or explained even when made questions in first place (non sense but …) The way she treated us seemed to be very RACIST (DISCRIMINATION since I do not speak ENGLISH yet but still my girlfriend was translating in fact she write this message to alert the community) which should be unacceptable since they are officials from the government and are supposed to be there to help EVERYBODY without exception. Also, they must be kind. Right after that bad experience at window # 8 we waited and approached to window # 12 to verify with the lady there since the first time that we went there she herself told us to bring specific documents that we brought today and she was as RUDE as the first lady at WINDOW # 8. Then a lady that was sited close by waiting told us that they ere extremely RUDE there and recommend us to go to another-much better place in order to be HELPED for real, which we did and actually we were helped and the staff was king, nothing to do with the Golden Gate office. If you want to be treated like a person with respect and good manners PLEASE do yourself a HUGE favor and never ever go there. Blessings to everyone reading!

This office was awesome! Very friendly & very fast! Got my personalized tag for my motorcycle today. Walked in & out within 25 minutes.
