Dr justiz you have to replace you assistant, she is so freaking rude, come on that what you want for your patients.that not a good choice Doctor Justiz.

Dr Baker is the very best doctor in Florida! I have seen so many doctors, specialists for me and my daughter, and have become very discouraged, but Dr Baker is truly one of the best out there. He genuinely cares for me as a patient and treats me with respect. My severe migraine condition has improved greatly under his care, and he has even taken on my rare pain disorder as well. His nursing staff are all helpful, friendly, and prompt too. I have also seen Dr Steven Smith at this location, and he is wonderful. Yes, it did take me awhile to get into my very first appointment, but once I did, it was WELL worth it. I recommend Collier Neurological and Dr Matthew Baker over and over and over again!

They were rude at the front desk. Took2.5 months to get in. First visit was a total waste of time. Ordered 3 MRI ‘s. Came in for 2nd visit hit an accident on route 41 was 9 minuets late they said I was too late. Terrible terrible place.

I made appointment with Dr. Kruger in March. Appointment was today Friday the 13th of May. Hope his first name wasn't Freddie ha ha. Anyway when I called in March I asked if they were in network with my Medicare + which is Humana. They said yes. Took 2 months to get in. Woman at front desk was rude as hell. Other woman was nice. I think the rude one was nurse Ratchet ha ha.
Anyway after filling out paperwork they informed me that they aren't in Humana network. Thanks for nothing. Don't waste you time and money with this practice.

I have attempted to change an appointment for over a week and continue to get a voice mailbox when I call. I've left multiple messages, No one ever returns my call.

Dr. Baker is just the best. He’s a very good diagnostic very friendly, and understanding for a neurologist! He carefully listens and gives serious regard to a patient.

Dr. Baker is one of the kindest individuals I know. He is for certain one of the smartest, most conscientious and giving providers. Many blessings to him and the staff.

I started Seeing Dr. Baker in 2012 for back pain. I was 35 at the time. I have been through lumbar injections pain meditation muscles relaxers… The pain was SO great I listened to whatever he said I JUST NEEDED RELIEF! I was getting very frustrated as now I’m 45 and decided to get a second opinion……. The new Dr… ordered a MRI of the area of concern, I has a tumor pushing on L5 S1 nerve! I was misdiagnosed, for the 9 years I was his patient. Thank you for wasting 9 years of my life Dr Baker!
Edit***. I forgot to mention I had surgery 2 weeks ago I am pain free for the first time in years!

Extremely rude receptionist/medical assistant for Dr. Justiz. MA would not even state her name. Very abrupt and just genuinely unkind. She speaks down on you as if you are some kind of criminal. As a receptionist/ medical assistant or whatever her “profession” is she is the first “face” patients/clients of this practice see and the impression she leaves is just shameful. This practice should REALLY consider replacing this individual with someone who doesn’t sound like they hate themselves and everyone else. Truly a shame as this is an excellent physician group. Will not be returning.

Very poor service.refused service to my wife stating that they will not see her because it is related to a car accident. Not pleased. Patients BEWARE.
