Collier Oral Surgery and Implant Center, Naples FL

Please do not be fooled by the name Collier Oral Surgery and Implant Center. I thought it's a real oral surgery center by collier county. This is a totally scammer. They charged me for the full amount and submitted a claim to my insurance company and got paid by my insurance company. They refused to send me a check to reimburse me. Staff were nice before your consultation. They were totally different people after the consultation because they know you are on the hook. Prices are more expensive than any other oral surgeon in town. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. I will never recommend this scammer to anyone.

Dr Moe and staff were excellent! I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed with a bone graph. I was nervous especially being a Canadian on holiday. I am so grateful that I decided to use Dr. Moe to extract all four of my wisdom teeth. The experience from making the appointment with the front desk staff to them working with my insurance to the experience was beyond my expectations. When the day came, I checked in and was brought into the room in a timely manner. The room was cold but I was immediately asked if I wanted a blanket and she brought it right away. I was then hooked up to the vital monitors and answered typical pre-op questions (because of the anesthesia) and tucked me in. I didn't even feel it when Dr. Moe inserted the IV because he is just that good! He told me when he was going to start administration and a minute or so later I went under. I was awaken softly by his helper and just like that all four of my wisdom teeth were gone. Post op instructions were easy to follow and had all questions answered. The best part of this all is I have no discomfort on either sides of my face and recovery is a breeze. Thank you to the team but especially Dr. Moe for easing my nerves and making this procedure as pleasant as possible.
