Collier Urgent Care - Park Shore, Naples FL

I got hurt at work on February 4 2020 and still in pain I go for a recheck for my back this week after I get my MRI done on Monday. Dr. Kim was very nice to. My workers comp sent me to you guys like 2 days after I hurt my back by pulling out a soda shelf by myself which I should have never done without help I learned my lesson on that part for sure. Dr. Kim thinks I might have a fracture in the spine so I guess we will see what is happening to my back and why it is still hurting like crazy

100% satisfied with my experience at this location. The doctor caring for me was Dr S West. In my 62 yrs he was one of the best drs I have seen. Professional caring and extremely well educated and knowledgeable! Most of all he took all the time I needed for my care and all my questions. The staff, nurses and technicians were all pleasant professional and for sure new their business. Overall I am extremely please and would recommend this care facility 5Star! Thank you for the excellent treatment

Friendly. Almost no waiting. Facilities are clean. I was seen by a nurse and then by a PHYSICIAN- not a PA or a CNP.
As one with some knowledge of these kind of clinics, I would give them my highest recommendation

Fastest urgent care in-and-out time in my life. Despite the expeditious speed, the doctor still sat with me for several minutes to provide multiple treatment options and educated me on the different types of strep throat bacterias that exist. The nurse and administrative staff said 'I hope you feel better soon' as I was walking out of the door. Highly recommend and will return for acute illnesses in the future.

Dr. Rivaherrera is very friendly, he helped our Son very fast. Explained everything very good. The Nurses are very friendly as well.

Visited Collier Urgent Care twice during our visit to Naples, Florida. Very professional caring staff. It was a little further to drive from our location but so very glad we took the time to go here! I had fluid on both ears and Doug had shingles. In and out quickly! Then a long wait at Walmart for presciptions. If ever back in Naples and in need of care.definitely will come back to Collier Urgent Care!

I went to this Urgent Care clinic with a bladder infection. I was extremely pleased with the Doctor (Dr Abboud). Very personable, intelligent and informative. I even recommended him to my friend who thought she had the flu and went to this site.
Went back 5 days later as I was feeling extremely fatigued, nauseous and achy. A different doctor saw me and immediately I had absolutely no confidence in him. He told me I had the flu (with no cold no cough no fever no sore throat) and wanted to give me Tamiflu. I expressed my doubts and questioned how he arrived at this diagnosis. He said “if you’re out in the community, you have it! Everyone does”.
I told him I had a pain in the upper right side of my back and he told me we had to rule out a pulmonary embolism and so frightened me.telling me I may need an ambulance to take me to an ER and that he had to immediately do an EKG and a chest X-ray. I have never encountered a Doctor who was this quick to (incorrectly) diagnose and alarm. I told him no to both.
I left in a state of panic! I was able to get a hold of my Doctor from up north who asked what my pulse was and immediately told me I was most certainly not having a pulmonary embolism.
I would give Dr Abboud an A and this guy an F.
PS I’m happy to say that my “embolism” has resolved itself today.

Traveling from out of town, this was nice place to check on our sick child. Very nice place and people.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need an urgent care. They were great.

We are visiting from out of town and my daughter got an ear infection. They got us in immediately with little wait time. Dr. Kim and her nurse were both wonderful with my child, as well as efficient. I highly recommend their office.

I had a really positive experience here. I showed up Monday morning and was seen almost immediately. The entire staff was friendly, most notably Dr Kim, though in truth everyone was great. Dr. Kim was warm and had a great bedside manner, and I felt comfortable at this facility despite never having been there before. I would definitely recommend this location.

Fantastic. Very organized and professional. Dr. Lee was excellent. Very thorough. Glad I went here and not the last place I tried here in Naples.

Got sick on vacation went to Collier Urgent Care. Was very impressed with facility. Dr. Lee was great very professional. Had to go back next day saw Dr. Abood quick diagnosis and great care again. Can't remember nurses name but also very perfessional and kind. Would highly recommend this facility!

Great service. The facilities and staff were great. They really care about their patients. Also very quick service. Just the kind of place you want to go to with an immediate problem. Overall my experience was excellent. Would highly recommend!

I am so glad, I made this choice, everyone was so helpful, I was in a lot of pain, the staff the nurse, Dr Kim, all were very professional, and caring. I am happy to report, I am feeling better, and would not hesitate going there, much better than a hospital emergency room!

I arrived at 9: 15am and was out by 9: 45am, the nurses were great, the place is updated and clean. They had the medication I needed in house and not a bad price especially for not having insurance. Highly recommend this clinic

I was feeling sick while on vacation. It took me 15 minutes to see a doctor. He game me medication and I was feeling better by the end of the day. Great service, nice staff and doctor.

Went around 9am on a Monday and was the only one there so was seen promptly. Explained an ongoing infection issue to the doctor and asked him to give me a new prescription, which he did promptly and I was on my way. This was a relief because most doctors try to push you into surgery for my condition, but he listened to me and what had worked for me in the past.

My experience with Dr Kim was awesome. I got the treatment as required and I am really happy for that. The physicians, doctors, and nurses took good care of me. Their cleanliness impressed me a lot. I found the staff very responsive and helpful. Overall I must say, it's a great clinic & I will definitely recommend this clinic.

I am so pleased with the Park Shore location. On vacation and had to seek medical attention for my sinus infection. Friendly and professional staff. Extremly quick service. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I am already recommending friends and family to use this clinic if they need medical care while in Naples.
