Everyone was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. It was my first visit here and I was very impressed.

Collins Vision is a great practice. I always had a wonderful experience with Doctor Collins and Doctor Alessi. The doctors are very thorough with my examinations. My eyes are in good hands and I trust Collins Vision.

Dreadful! My experience centered upon the appointment booking system. I conclude the operator (s) or the system itself is nothing but a confusing disaster.

I made 1 appointment and ended up with 4 all on different days!

Each professional I saw was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel like they really cared to do a great job.

Everyone is in a great mood, smiling and kind…. That goes a long way, starting at the reception desk all the way to check out! Thank you for a very pleasant visit

I was referred to Collins Vision by my optometrist in Naples and I am so thankful for the referral. I saw Dr. Jason C. Friedrichs and let me tell you that he and his staff were 100% phenomenal! The check-in/check-out staff were the best and all of the exam techs were absolutely great and Dr. Friedrichs was a dream come true! He was kind, positive attitude, and spot on with his dx and treament. They were right on time with both of my appointments. I absolutely recommend this Dr. Friedrichs and Collins Vision. I'm very thankful for their care.

I had my first appointment at Collins Vision today. The experience was great from start to finish. Eli did amazing job with all of the testing and took time to explain his process and answer all of my questions. Karina then brought me to meet with Dr. Alessi where she completed the exam. Karina and Dr. Alessi were very thorough while making the rest of the process very comfortable as well. Mark then took time to go through their large selection of eyewear. He made sure to not let me settle and try on a number of options before choosing my new glasses. You will feel like you are the number one priority when you are a patient at Collins Vision.
