Collinsbuilt pools was amazing to work with from the initial consultation, picking materials, and construction process. Absolutely loved how communicative the staff was during the entire process so we knew what step we were at and they answered any questions along the way.

CollinsBuilt Pools exceeded my expectation throughout every step of the build. They were very helpful and understanding throughout the design process. The crews working in the field were very professional and kept the job site clean. You can tell Buddy only puts the best guys building his pools, based on the quality of work i’v seen. I am a very attention to detail oriented and the only discrepancy I had was fixed to my liking within a week. Scott, my project manager made every step on the build smooth answering all my phone calls and questions. Couldn’t have asked for better communication! My pool build was 9 weeks from the day we got our permit to the day it passed final inspection!

I would recommend CollinsBuilt pools to anyone looking to have a pool built!

Immediately after purchasing a pool home in the Daytona area, my pool service provider needed to troubleshoot a few issues with the pool and its operating systems. There was a problem with the pool pump, (an inability to program runtimes), and a flow control issue as well. An effort to resolve the aforementioned quandary with the manufacturer were unsatisfactory.
He informed me of his intent to reach out to a colleague of his, SJ Sandford; confident this individual would be able to stop by, diagnose/rectify the issues.
Soon SJ arrived on site. After a brief introduction and sharing, it became apparent this man’s knowledge of leading manufactures in the industry was extensive, (specifically Hayward and Pentair).
After a short period of troubleshooting, Mr. Sandford, made a direct call to the pump manufacturer. Through his acumen, troubleshooting ability, and undeniable ‘gift of persuasion’, he arranged for the replacement of the defective component.
Simultaneously, his coworker, Mike, had diagnosed and corrected the flow problem. Not wanting to be leaning over their shoulders the entire time, had failed to witness how Mike had remedied the flow issue. So when asked, without hesitation, he explained the remedy.
These gentleman ‘took me to school’, which is very much appreciated.
After the phone call was completed, SJ assured me there was, ‘nothing to worry about, the pump manufacturer agreed to send him a replacement part. Shortly after receiving it, he’d arrange for an appointment time to replace the defective component and program the runtime/rpm.
True to his word, he returned after receiving the part, swapped it out
and programmed the pump. It now runs autonomously, (as long as I don’t mess with it!)
Collins Built Pools is fortuitous to have SJ Sandford as a member of their team. Also, this review would not be complete without giving kudos to Mike for fixing the flow problem.
When scheduling allows, there is no doubt who I will reach out to, regarding the resurfacing of the pool deck, and restoration of this pool to its former glory.
Hope to see these same guys soon, and thanks again for your education and resolve.

We had our pool built by Collins Built Pools 3 years ago and the quality and workmanship is still very evident. As far as service, Collings is the best in the business. Heres my story:
Using a local pool supply store to test my water and guide me in maintaining my pools chemistry for several years, I finally messed things up and turned my pool green and no matter what I tried under the guidance of my pool supply business, things continued to get worse- it was a nasty green soup. I finally called Collins Pool for help. After 3 years they did not hesitate to send out their team to help trouble shoot and service my pool. In less than a week, my pool is back to crystal clear water. They came out 3 times in that week to continue to monitor and tweak my pool to ensure it returned to health; all covered under my original purchase of the pool. Thanks for having my back. Thanks for a great pool and awesome service above and beyond.

If you want you pool to take forever and never hear from your contractor until they want money then DO NOT call Collins built pools. They were done early and communicated every step of the way and there were no “unexpected” expenses. Best pool builder ever!

Had issues every step of the way with CollinsBuilt pools from construction to build. They never addressed any quality issues we brought up other than claiming the quality he provided is good and he stands behind it. It took the painter 7 or 8 visits to get it close to good, but left paint all over the bottom rails of the cage, which pictures provided show. The stair tiles have the sand finish all over them, as the pictures provided show. The waterline tiles are horrendous looking in the corners, which the picture provided will show. And there are many other issues I dealt with, that were not addressed other than that’s how he does things. Collins built pools boasts about quality, but the pictures I provided will clearly show different. Also beware, there are multiple 5 star reviews on here that I see that are connected to this business.
Collins has also ignored the BBB complaint I filed on 5/5/2023

As a family-owned business, CollinsBuilt Pools is the real deal! Every employee and crew member is extremely professional and helpful. The company is organized, responsive, and timely. We're about 6 months into pool ownership, and are so pleased with the result. People tell you horror stories about pool builds- we are so happy to say that our experience was very positive! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things about CollinsBuilt Pools; from the inception of design & construction to the final walk through, they were professional, timely, & incredibly responsive. They made the design process so fun & easy. They were able to be really creative with our space to meet our non-negotiables (spa, sun shelf, seated bench). Construction was always on time, very clean & meticulously thorough. I’m not sure many people can say they loved their pool construction process, but I’m happy to say that we did!
