Colonial Assisted Living at Tampa

Colonial Assisted Living is a hidden gem at a great location in Tampa with lots of restaurants and stores around. The building inside is so cute with such a home like environment. When we toured the residents seemed happy and were engaging in activities. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best Assisted Living in the area. It was recently named in the top 5 Assisted Living communities in Tampa by Forbes! Darcielle is a rockstar and puts her entire heart in to the building and her residents!

I moved here to colonial in April and feel right at home. The food is good, the nurses take real good care of me. I am happy to be here

Beautifully remodeled facility with a home like feeling as soon as you walk in! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was 10/10 overall great experience visiting the facility with my dad

Colonial is a nice place. The food is good and the staff are nice. It’s fun going out on the bus to go shopping or out to eat.

Friendly and caring, this assisted living is a warm and loving place. The staff take good care of my aunt, she enjoys the exercise programs and loves the outings. The managers are responsive and compassionate. Hidden gem in north Tampa.

My great grandmother stayed in the facility after trying others in the area, this one has been the most accommodating. All the workers take pride in their work and are very friendly and helpful with working through this process.

There were numerous requirements and deadlines that needed to be completed for benefit programs and agencies as my sister transitioned to an ALF. I felt overwhelmed, but Director of Business, Darcielle, proactively worked with our family to make sure every detail was completed and deadlines were met. We could not have done it without her.

Got a tour by Kylie and she was amazing! Explained everything great! We are highly considering putting Mema in here. She loved the van that can take her places and all the activities that happen!

The place is very cute, well cleaned, and the workers are friendly and inviting. When I contact them, I get a quick response. Their communication is very good, and they are well organized

My Mother-in-Law stayed at Colonial Tampa for 3 months before being transferred to a long-term facility. Her stay there was great and we shared a few very well-prepared meals with her. As her time there progressed, she needed more assistance and Denise and the nursing staff were always there for her. Connie and the general staff were always helpful and nothing but kind words of encouragement. Her transition in and out was smooth and effortless thanks to Darcielle in the business office and we thank you all very much!
