They are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They have have made prints and giclee of my art works: pencil, watercolour, acrylics and oil, and each has been of the highest quality. They work with you to determine the best sizes and best, clearest and cleanest color and clarity is the work to be reproduced. I have worked with them over many years and have never been disappointed!

The old lady that works the front gives you awkward condescending looks as you ask her questions as if your speaking another language. Extremely off putting. I was referred by a friend and I love to support local but I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Product may be good, i wouldn’t know but customer service is lacking to put it nicely
