An awesome coffeehouse and bakery. Everything was very good. The decor was like being in you families house. We had a great time visiting with our friends. The ladie running the place were very nice.

The BEST coffee with the best vibes! I’m here at least once a week but more like 3-4 times. I’ve never loved coffee so much!

We were traveling through the town and found this coffee shop. They were kind people, awesome drinks and I bought a lovely candle. Great place!

We found Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop recently and LOVED IT. On our way to a Soccer match in High Springs, and desperately seeking coffee, I searched maps for coffee shops.

Colsie popped up so we gave it a try.
Everything was perfect! Pleasant staff, delicious baked goods, and excellent coffee choices.

On top of that, it's dog friendly and we had a very nice customer and his 2 well behaved pups sit and chat with us.

I used to always come here for the vegan muffins. Recently though, they have changed. Biggest thing I noticed is that they’re all shorter/smaller. My favorite flavors used to have a crumb/oat/sugar top and they were pretty and delicious. I would buy boxes full to take to work and my coworkers loved them. Now they’re plain or they’ll sprinkle powdered sugar on them. They don’t look/taste any different than what I can make at home and I’m just not a fan anymore. We were told that the food and drinks were going to stay the same and they did at first but not anymore.

Customer service was friendly and the atmosphere spacious and relaxed feeling. I am giving a 2 stars becayse the latte I ordered to go was mostly hot milk with very little taste of coffee. A suggestion to always taste coffee ordered to go before leaving.

Amazing coffee experience, I love the ambiance this place has and the food is amazing. Highly recommend the bagels and the homemade cream cheese, or the blueberry muffin. The coffee here is also very good and has a wide variety to select from. Also if you like cuban coffee they have that too!

Such a cute place! We got coffees and treats and EVERYTHING we ordered was excellent! And they decorated for Harry Potter’s birthday!

This local shop was a great stop during our visit to High Springs! Try the Vanilla Coke brew with cream and the chocolate pretzels! A nice variety of cupcakes, muffins, and treats were available to indulge with your coffee.

The inside was decorated perfectly for a coffee house but also a hint of history. It’s located right near the Main Street, so you can grab a coffee while you check out the local shops

Such a cute shop with such friendly staff. The iced coffee was great, and we loved all the different bagels we tried! Also got some cute stickers and the most precious bracelets.

Cute place! I ordered an iced dirty chai with a cinnamon roll and my boyfriend ordered an americano and brownie. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted delicious. Cashier and barista were friendly. Definitely recommend!

This place was cute, we had cupcakes brownies, muffin and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Everything was great! No complaints here.
I didn't try the coffee but I will next time.

The atmosphere is bright, calm, and cozy. Outside and inside seating available. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The selection of coffee and tea concoctions is awesome, but the best part is the Kookaburra coffee. Love that stuff. I’m very thankful for the gluten free and vegan options. I also love that they carry locally made gems to support local artists and artisans; putting money back into local community pockets. They’re obviously passionate about what they do and the community they belong to.

As someone who looks for places with gluten free and vegan options, this place definitely checks all my boxes. The coffee is delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. Plenty of inside and outside seating options. Also, if you’re a fsn of supporting local businesses, artists, and artisans, this place absolutely fits the bill. They carry artwork, wooden crafts, and candles made by local artists.

Hidden gem, good chocolates and lattes. Your best bet for sweets on the way to Ichetucknee Springs State Park.

Very good coffee shop; good food, great service, and homey atmosphere. Food was delicious and home-made of the highest quality. The attender at the cash register was very nice with me. The coffee shop itself is very comfortable and welcoming. 5 stars - 100% come here!

By far the best muffin ever had in US! They also have great coffee. Do not miss this gem if you are around. We stay in town 3 days and we came here 6 times!

Friendly great service, delicious coffee and yummy baked goodies! Their loaded potato quiche was wonderful!
