It was not open like they said and I had to go down to the UPS Store to mail my box back I hate Xfinity

I only gave them 1 start because I had to. We set up for a self-install but there was no signal to the inside of the house per Xfinity. We set up for them to come out for an appointment on Sunday when my son would be home but they never showed up so we had to reschedule for Tuesday when my son was at work. Then Allen showed up. I cannot stress how rude he was to me throughout the entire time he was here (I have a witness). In fact when I tried to shake his hand he looked at me turned around and walked away. He was mean, short-tempered and angry. The connection had been disconnected at the telephone pole (30 feet up) most probably by Xfinity! But they will still charge you! There is no such thing as a self install! He gave me no paperwork when I asked for it. We had been told on the phone by a supervisor if it was a problem outside the house we would not be charged for it. They lied! Allen said no matter what they have to come inside the house even though he admitted the connection was indeed broken at the top of the telephone pole. This disabled mother feels taken advantage of! $70!

HAVEN'T BEEN THERE YET AND THEY KEEP REMINDING ME TO RETURN THEIR OVERDUE WIFI BOX WHICI IS QUITE NORMAL. IN OTHER WORDS, IT'S MY FAULT BUT I HAVEN'T HAD TIME THIS WEEK TO DO SO, BEEN VERY BUSY TAKING CARE OF PERSONAL BUSINESS, IN ADDITION TO CARING FOR MY LOVELY STRAY (FERAL) CATS DAY & NIGHT. I WILL GO THERE TOMORROW AND NO MATTER WHAT [{IN CHAÁ "ALLAH"}], MEANING [{IF "GOD" WANTS IT"! THEIR WIFI SERVICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE, AND THEY OFFER ONE MONTH FREE WHICH IS KIND AND FAIR. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY HAD A LITTLE SUDDEN ISSUE OF WIFI SIGNAL, WHICH THEY'RE CONSIDERING SOLVING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THEN I'LL DEFINITELY GO BACK WITHOUT DOUBT! Omg. Bring a book, a knitting blanket, a pillow and alarm set for 1hour so you don't oversleep when they call your name and try to sell you more stuff than you went in for. Just dropping off equipment welcome to the back of the line.

The facility itself is exceptionally clean, and you're promptly greeted by a customer service rep. My issue is that the type of services offered here seem to be limited to a number of select staff. I was shopping off my old Modem, and was quoted a 10-15 minute just to have someone acknowledge that I dropped of modem. After a 45 minute on a terribly cheap and uncomfortable couch my task was completed.

Good customer service with sales person Victoria.prices are little high.but knew that before i went.installer was ok.was contract guy.so wasnt that important ti make us happy and didnt do eveything that was promised.

Service was not prompt. Personal could not provide double play package for my location despite television advertising. Took nearly 20 minutes to simply return equipment when three service agents were not servicing customers.

Xfinity is just horrible company. The time you have to waste waiting on the phone.waiting In Line.waiting to get called on.waiting for a tech. This business couldn't get any worse.

Earned zero (0) stars today I was asking for a few channel guides one for each home/account and the front desk lady declined, they need those for other customers? I was very nice and she was extremely unfriendly mocking me. Comcast sends out tons of junk mail but they are not able to give you a channel lineup for each account. As terrible as it gets here. Shame on you!

They keep raising cost. Had to drop to basic. Now tv stutters and hangs up, voice stops a lot.lose picture.been with for 20years and it's getting that I am going to look for something else!

It's very troublesome with Comcast. There is always something that does not work. The staff is not friendly and one have to wait a very long time to get an information.

It is the best cable service (compared to DirectTV, CenturyLink, ect) with the most outrageous prices, horrendous customer service, and least concern for customers.

In less the 30 days I had to have had to have them correct my service and bill 4 times. My bill went from 44.00 to 77.00

This company could not get any worse if they tried. If I could rate it in the negative numbers I would. I truly do not know how they are permitted to be in business. The biggest crooks and liars I have ever known.

Fast and efficient and they know their product. When we had our last hurricane they were courteous and arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. It was actually fun because I ended up working with the tech. We were both up to our knees in water trying to find the line. I actually had a great experience working with the repairman.and a great deal of respect for the work they have to do to get the job done. Great job.

Never had a problem with Xfinity (Comcast) (and nobody pay me for this review) I love the new store and services. They made it easy to process your request and the time you spend in the store is limited. Good job Xfinity!
