We had not expected to need to install two HVAC units this quickly in our new-to-us home. However, Comfort All Stars was a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained the issues and outlined options. The work was performed within two days of our initial call and the technicians could not have been nicer or more polite. We’d highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was in the need of a new AC, and after 3 estimates from different Companies I decided to go with Comfort All Stars. I can say I am very impressed with the Company and there technician/installer, I received a exceptional service and David the Installer where very knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job.
We had a little hick up with the heater not coming on, but David the technician and installer of the unit
found the problem after some time and the entire time refused to leave before he could fix the problem. I'm deeply satisfied with Comfort All Stars and will recommend it to you.

Wonderful customer service. I had two minor issues with my AC/heating. Marcus came out first then Tim came out the same day. Both of them answered all my questions.

Wife and I had a new unit installed awhile back. The manager at the time who is no longer with them sold me the most expensive system and some air purification add ons I wanted. I wanted the payment plan that includes the maintenance, but after I had already went through everything I find out he signed me up under traditional financing because it gave me 2 extra years with the warranty. Next came the issues with humidity which after quite a few visits I feel we finally got that figured out. It was starting to get frustrating to the point we wanted to get the owner involved, but no one would do that. What still never got resolved was the whole house hepa filter that was installed. Originally it was put into the air handler itself which just blew humidity throughout the house from the unit. Later ducts were installed for the hepa filter unit and a new small return duct for it on the ceiling in my living room close to my main supply. To me this made no sense as only one supply should be used for it. After the air which constantly blows even when the air handler itself is off, was blowing air out of the supply. The former manager then tells me the hepa system needs to be installed upside down which it was. Even the installer seemed confused and said they really never install them. So what I have is a supply sucking air in from my house, into the air handler/normal filter into my house, but have a hepa filter system sucking air in from the side of the same supply into the duct of the hepa and up out of a small vent in my ceiling. When the new manager who came out with a tech to run tests on the air handler/ac itself the hepa was brought up and how it made no sense. We were basically told it was correct, but I couldn't get an explanation when I asked how exactly this was putting clean filtered air into my house from 1 small vent. I feel it was brushed off. I also complained about a musty smell which shouldnt happen especially with a hepa filter and that brushed off. I contacted the company who makes the hepa filter and they said the hepa unit itself should absolutely not be installed upside down. It should be the dirty air supply going through the hepa then through the filter/air handler. I feel the current supply should have been closed off and a new one like that is on my ceiling that was made, but bigger would have solved the flow. Having the hepa filter blowing air into my supply so it can go into my whole house like it should and not just my living room would be nice. I feel I wasted a lot of money for something at a big markup that is clearly sold for retail way less and wasn't even installed correctly because I feel they don't even know how to install properly. Disappointed with the entire experience.

If customer service was important and you want your customers happy then why after many and I do mean many visits were things still not addressed yet dismissed? Why didn't your staff get you involved after requested? Your current manager could have cared less when out here and it showed. Things should be addressed when a customer has an issue right then and there. The ac issues were at least being addressed but not with the rest of it. All I saw was excuses. Even when John was originally dealing with the hepa system you could tell he had 0 clue on any of it. The current manager should have known the system shouldn't be upside down yet saw that it was. That's not a company I want to do business with not should anyone else.

Comfort All stars did our 6 month AC service last week. Marcus was extremely competent, professional, and respectful. He answered my questions, and gave me tips to help my AC stay maintained between visits. Would recommend. Marcus is very pleasant, and low key.

I’ve been a client since they opened their doors and I couldn’t be happier with the service & professionalism. Most recently I had them replace my HVAC and everything went smoothly. I asked a lot of questions and I never felt like I was being a bother. After the install I needed a few tweaks to the system and they were quick to respond and remedy the issue.
