Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics Santa Rosa Beach

I stopped by Comfort Dental yesterday afternoon due to a painful experience with tori removal. They were kind to see me that day and gave me a stronger prescription to kill the infection. I have been coming here for over 10 years and appreciate their attention to detail, compassion and professionalism.

The Crestview office is a joke! The staff are rude and Dr. Mina Sidhom showed no compassion or empathy for my dental pain. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic dental office! Everyone who works there is super friendly, the appointments always start on time, and they operate with high integrity.

Looking for a new dentist per new insurance… they got me in the SAME DAY and procedure the next; great job!

One star is even overrated! Go elsewhere - you deserve better!

My husband & I found Comfort Dental Care, Santa Rosa Beach location to be extremely rude and incompetent. For over 5 weeks we attempted to make our 6 month checkup (cleaning & exam). When I would call, the receptionist stated she couldn’t make an appointment until she consulted our records. In order to do this, she would ask us for our names & DOB which I provided each time. The receptionist would then state she could not find us in the system despite going to this office for 2+ years. I asked to speak to an office manager & was told they didn’t have one. I also questioned being charged (to my insurance company) for an exam when we had not seen a dentist…. Just the hygienist. After becoming so frustrated, I contacted the Mary Esther office same day & they found us in the system. This office stated they’d give us a call back once they pulled the records over (day). After no return call, I contacted the Mary Esther office today & we were told we “were dismissed from the practice. ” We asked why and were given no explanation. I explained the issues we had with Santa Rosa Beach Office and thus our rationale to move to a different location. The Manager said no recourse…simply dismissed.

So, let me get this straight…. We as clients asked for appointments, we’re unable to have a receptionist or hygienist make them…constantly telling us we weren’t in the computer & then calling days later to schedule. When we called back, Ground Hog Day and somehow were dismissed? !

Expecting customer service, actually see a dentist, and the ability to discuss our concerns with a manager was not possible at Comfort Dental Care, SRB. I strongly discourage anyone from the frustration we experienced and recommend you find a more reliable & courteous dentist.

They were so accommodating. They squeezed me in to assess a partial fractured tooth and were able to correct it despite being the end of the day and my appointment was just to do an assessment.

This office is a professional disaster. In the last 4 years I have seen 4 different dentists. The last dentist told
Me he came out of retirement because the office can’t rely on any others. The receptionist are different almost every visit and they are not well trained on how to use the office software. They tell me the software is being updated or changed. My advice is stay away.

Very courteous staff, I need to see the dentist ASAP and they accommodate me. I'm for ever grateful.

Never even made it. I got banned for an appointment because my child was sick and I had to reschedule. Of course the reschedule date was farther out and low & behold she was sick again and I had a family emergency on top of it.a place that says they understand emergencies happen and appear to be friendly- well its not true, they don't care.

My chipped tooth was repaired expertly and I am so happy with the outcome. Both the dentist and his assistant were so patient with getting all my concerned resolved. Thank you so much.

Being a first time new patient to Comfort Dental, I can honestly say that it was a rewarding and comforting experience. Everyone made you feel welcome when arriving till setting up for your next visit! I would highly recommend Comfort Dental to anyone.
