Comfort Kings A/C & Heat, Holly Hill FL

Scott has helped us with minor ac issues in the past. But our most recent (and still ongoing) issue has been a nightmare.

In November, when the first cold snap of the year hit, we noticed that our heat would engage, but the fan wouldn't. We called, and it took a couple days (completely understood) for Scott to come out. He checked everything over and said we needed a new thermostat. He didn't have one available, but told us what we needed and how to program.

We got the new thermostat and did everything as instructed. No change. We called again, and got VM. We left messages, but never got a call back. So I emailed, with pics of the wiring. From that I did get a response saying that the wiring was good and programming info It still wasn't working. Emailed again, no answer. Called, no answer. Left VMs, no response. We have no heat, and the people we trusted are not responding. Very disappointed.

As always, above and beyond service. Same day service, knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend

Comfort Kings helped us w a problem we have been struggling with for 2 years. Our ductwork was condensing and leaking/dripping onto our ceilings. We had multiple estimates for 2 and 3x what they charged us and couldn't be happier with their customer service. SCOTT WAS AMAZING. DURING THE HOTTEST MONTH HE CLIMBED UP AND DOWN LADDERS BECAUSE MY HOUSE HAS LIVING QUARTERS ON SECOND STORY. I LOVE THE MATCH ON THE COVERS OF LINES WITH THE COLOR OF MY HOUSE BUT BEIGE JUST HAPPENS TO BE MY FAVORITE COLOR. I AM SO PLEASED WITH MY MITSUBSHI MINI-SPLIT. I LOVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE TEMPERATURES IN EACH ZONE. COMFORT KINGS ALWAYS RESPONDED TO MY CALLS QUICKLY. IT IS NICE TO BE A PART OF A FAMILY AND COMFORT KINGS DO TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY NOT AN UNWANTED STEP CHILD.

Comfort kings is an outstanding company. They really are the King. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and pleasant. Ms. Janet was personable and thorough. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Thank you for making us comfortable.

Comfort king is an amazing Company. Ms Janet Is super helpful, polite & extremely professional. The call service was direct it immediately to Scott. He came out craw underneath the house re-wired & re-piped my entire house. Pricing, quality & customer service was amazing. Thank you all….
