Comfort Suites, Ocala FL

Room was nice and clean, great king sized bed, very comfortable. Only problem was being right next to the lobby and front desk so we could hear lots of comings and goings from other guests

Overall very good! The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I know rules are different with covid, but still, I've been to other choice privilege hotels during the pandemic that gave more options.

Convenient location - close to I75. You will not rest here well - loud music from the restaurant nearby, barking dogs and screaming kids of the parents that do care about anybody else. The breakfast is very limited. The receptionist does not stay at the front desk - I waited 15 min to check in until someone told me that I have to yell to let them know I needed assistance. I would never stay here again.

We weren't inform that they do not serve breakfast anymore. We could had have a better breakfast from the vending machine from the tire shop. House keeping leaves a lot to be desired.

Had to talk to the rep/manager on duty at night multiple times to have kids hanging in the hallways, being loud and outside our rooms outside to have them go outside, to the dining area or their own rooms. How hard is that?

Clean rooms. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in shower. Nice selection of breakfast items.

Restaurant has good food, great service at really reasonable price along with inexpensive, well maintained rooms.

Very bad service! Had bed bugs in 3 rooms, and had multiple items stolen from the motel parking lot. Including a 10 thousand dollar motorcycle which they said they could not let us see video of who done it! No help at all!

We had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has a nice variety of items and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Everything was pretty great and they had a pretty sweet breakfast buffet. My only problem was the the fridge looked kinda gross because it had a dried substance stuck to the back.

Room was comfortable & spacious, water pressure for the shower was great, and the AC worked perfectly. The hot breakfast was delicious and nice for an early start to get back on the road. (Plenty of seating at breakfast for the hotel's numerous guests.)

The rooms very clean and smelled very nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioning would get hot at night. I had maintenance to check it but he said it was doing all it could do. It was good during the day so I couldn't understand why it couldn't cool at night. Close to many attractions so we stayed.

Large comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Convenient to the highway. Restaurants are a couple of exits away.

Room is okay had a moist smell, but not overpowering. It was nice the room had 2 beds and a pull out couch. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

Way better than I ever could have imagined. Huge huge room with hot tub couch desk huge bathroom as well. Very clean and free breakfast. All this for a total including tax for 109.00 and that was just as a walk-in with no prior reservation

Mediocre hotel. Was not happy at the check in process but rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. One exception is that customer service needs revamping. Good breakfast.

Super clean, beds are comfy and even smells nice. 5 stars from us. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, easy from the freeway, nice breakfast, discounts, etc, good suggestions for dinner. Good place to stay.

Very comfortable, attractive and clean. Friendly, professional staff. Breakfast was the best in our week of travels. Lots of choices. I highly recommend this particular hotel.

Love Love Love. My husband and I found a new get away. We came up from Lithia for the Shabby Chic Event at tuscawilla park. Stayed 3 days. AMAZING
