respond your calls
They allegidly switched there but now there is only an answering service. No one cares to answer anything or any one

One of the best parts of going here is their office manager, Donna. She is like having your own health advocate. I needed to see a specialist and couldn’t get an appt for months. She took the time to make some calls and got me an appt right away!
This is an extremely busy office but everyone works hard to make sure all your issues are addressed.

Do your self a favor an avoid this practice. Once you are a patient there, no one will answer thr phone. No one will be there for you won't return your calls.nothing.such bad service and attention.

Visit with the provider on 10/10 went smooth but my prescription was never called in to my pharmacy as of today, 10/14. And I’m still waiting.

Dr Mc quitter is amazing. The whole office everyone there are wonderful. The best doctors office I have ever been to. Highly recommend them to everyone

What an excellent experience! I had to go in for bloodwork and Shavon was a pure delight. Very friendly and is so skilled! I didn’t even feel the needle going in! I am prone to fainting, and when I expressed this concern to her, she made me feel absolutely comfortable and laid me down for the procedure. Georgette was also wonderful and offered me water when I didn’t feel ok. Both ladies are definitely an asset to this company. This is how it should be…. Taking care of people during a scary procedure. I will definitely be back to visit this facility and both ladies again. I don’t want to go anywhere else!

Wonderful place great staff and wonderful doctors answered all my questions and explain alll medication so I could understand everything that was going on with my body and how the meds would effect me and help me with my on going fight with my condition. Great place and they make you feel very at home and very stress free environment.

How many people have to complain about Donna golden before they fire her! She’s not a rational person, if someone has zero thyroid medication left and they are can’t make it to the office for an appt, they should be able to receive their medication! She would rather me go with zero thyroid medication because I can’t make it into the office at this time! This isn’t a controlled substance and it’s not a life or death matter! Call me in a months refill and say please make an appt before the end of this 30 days. I was just there in January (Under a year ago) and I also took a very comprehensive blood panel last week that tested my thyroid levels that I offered to send them! What kind of person in the medical field would do this? I never want to deal with this woman again, I hope her superior reads this. She is the reason I stopped going to this office for a few years even though it’s right by my house. I gave 2 stars because I really love everyone else at the office, the male receptionist (I think his name is Bryan) is very nice and I also love Dr. Berman and all the other drs that work there. I will gladly change my review when Donna no longer works there or at a minimum is not the gate keeper of medication refills/ dealing with patients. Ridiculous!

UPDATE: Switching offices. After Donna called me back to back times at work (Again. Even after I explained multiple times I can’t take calls at work, the entire reason I can’t make it into the office or do a telehealth appt at this time), I received my 30 day refill. I called the office back and told the receptionist to please put a note in my chart that says I do not want to deal with Donna, I don’t want her calling me, I don’t her meddling in my medical charts, etc. Donna calls me AGAIN, during work hours of course, demanding to know why I was “bashing her” online if I got my refill. She knew she wasn’t supposed to be calling me and she disobeyed the note in my chart to call me about something not even health related. Unbelievable! Also, make no mistake, there was nothing “inaccurate” about my review. Donna, since I know you’re reading this, it’s not just me “bashing” you, almost every negative review mentions your name, so everyone else is not wrong, YOU are the problem. Also, I blocked the office phone number so you can never call me again. Can someone in management please get control over this woman? My goodness

Office manager is extremely rude! (Donna) I have been going back and forth with the office, she speaks to you in a very condescending tone. My doctor gave me a rx for 8 weeks on a controlled medication, yet I will not see him for another 90 days, my math isn't exactly AP status, but 8 weeks= two months, 90 days= 12 weeks, three months. Does not make any sense, and the office manager is giving me a hard time on top of it. Unacceptable and very disrespectful. If I were you, do not waste your time with the office manager and ask to speak directly to your doctor. Just my $. 02

I scheduled an appointment to see Doctor Mitchell Berman, Monday February 13th, At 11: 20, now I am receiving a text message stating the appointment is at 12pm? This place is anything but consistent.

I really hope the OWNER reads these. These people over the phone are extremely rude! I should've taken her name but, none the less, not very courteous at the least. This office has serious issues with COMMUNICATION AND CONSISTENCY! Clearly they are not MINDFUL of others time! They need to get it together over there! These are petty tasks and there should not be any reason they're ignored!

There is no other place to go but Preste Medical. Dr. Julian McQuirter and his staff are awesome! With this, I'm just grateful.

I love Dr Snipes and I feel having an assistant to type and check on tests is necessary!
I heard a new Corp is taking over….
This troubles me!
Why?
Because right now he has time to spend with his patients!
My friend and I an others may just move on if your corporation treats it’s patient without regard!
My previous Dr succumbed to this Corp style! And when the new corporation took over it was a disaster! Hired a horrible idiot of Dr to replace a gem of a man! The staff turn over was horrible!
The people in the office who were paid cheaper wages behaved rudely!
Don’t shoot yourself in the foot!
Patients talk and patients leave!

They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
First, they assigned me an appointment on May 30. That day, someone call me to say the doctor had an emergency. Ok, they reschedule the appointment to June 19. Then they create 2 more appointments. I called to correct it.
Then they change the time and when I called the representative was VERY RUDE.
Obviously, I canceled my appointment and thank god I never went there

Donna has been there when there is a problem. Dr. Mcquarter really cares about the patients.

What a bad service this place has, what a problem sending a medication, everything is done in a bad way, the doctors are bad, horrible!

I have been going to Preste Medical for more than 10 years now, and the doctors, nurses and staff could not be more caring and professional. If you have a sudden medical problem, they can almost always get you in that day or the next. They take the time to explain the treatment plan, get you the referrals you need in a timely manor, and even follow up to see if you have gone to the specialist, and what happened. I am currently under the care of Dr. McQuirter, who I cannot say enough good things about, but I have also been seen by many other Doctors and Nurse Practitioners, and they have all been exceptional.

Extremely caring and professional.
Staff friendly and they arre on the ball!

I switched to this office and I am so happy I switched. Everything is always so smooth and I never have any problems. I love Andrea and Dorel. They always make sure I have everything I need if it’s my medication or follow ups they are just both so very humble! Dr. Snipes is the doctor I see and he always makes sure to listen to everything and make sure I am treated correctly. It’s a very comfortable office and for me that’s the most important. Thank you guys so much for always giving the best service. Highly recommend this place ;)
