Had my first contact with Maria Cotto recently. Within minutes of ending the phone conversation she was already getting things done. An appointment I've been on a waitlist for approximately 5 or 6 months, Maria told me she would look into it. The next day I got a voice message from the doctor's that the appointment was scheduled!
On top of being very helpful she is also very kind and patient. She's the best case manager I've ever had for my son and believe me we've had quite a few. Thank you Maria!
