Service is always fast and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. They make check cashing way less annoying than the other check cashing places I've had to deal with and the fees are much less than other places. Seeing Carolyn and Faye every week just adds to the joy of it being pay day.
I dropped my rating from a 5 to a 2.employees are incredibly unhelpful and just not interested in customer service at all, it reads all over their face and attitude. Reluctant to answer questions and seems to just not want to deal with customers.
Came here to cash irs tax return check and was told they thought my irs check was fraudulent.ask me if I have my actual tax returns with me.terrible
