Community First Credit Union, Jacksonville FL

Just got an account there after several very poor customer service events at Suntrust/Truist. The Branch Manager at CommunityFirst is Ms. Janet L. Awesome service. Very nice young lady at the teller counter too. They have my business. Al Iannacone Sr.

Very friendly people didn’t have any racial profiling issues when my friend of another color… And I walked in. We didn’t walk in with an attitude or give off an attitude at any time and we were treated with upmost respect and even had a nice chat with the representative. Opened an account no problems. He’s even gone back for more inquiries with no issues, to date.

Very racist there, I walked in and wasn't greeted, after sitting for 25 mins I decides to walk over and staff didn't show any type welcome, no one asked if I have been help or anything it took me to walk to the teller just to for her to say my bad I didn't notice you but I noticed ppl that wasn't the color of my race was greeted and I noticed me and friend was watched as we were leaving.

Everyone at this branch is so friendly and helpful, they make my day every time I go in there

This is the first time I tried CFCU, and I am glad I did. Lorena Wojnaroski is one of those awesome employees who CFCU should be proud of. She is professional, friendly and sincere. With her help, I was able to complete my mortgage refinancing process in less than two weeks. During the process, I also dealt with several CFCU employees from several departments. I am truly amazed how efficient they are. These are the good people every successful business needs. Keep up the good works, CFCU and Lorena at Hodges branch.
