Someone is always there to help me and answer my questions. Just received the promo deposit, which makes me very happy!

Brand new atm and it still doesn't work. I'm so sick of not being able to get my money when I need it. You should've tested these new units before you set them up at all the banks. Seriously thinking about pulling my money

The teller line is always growing, It's nice to see a company that promotes existing staff. Sandi and Matt have been with the credit union for a while and even when it's the end of week and a long day they keep an upbeat attitude and desire to help.
I have banked here 11 years, and I love Lakewood, even when it's not always an immediate 'yes'. What matters to me is what happens at the end.

Last month I went to the Lakewood ATM and my debit card was rejected. Went to customer service and was advised they had closed the card since they had closed my checking account due to inactivity. Since I never opened a checking account, I found this answer disturbing. I opened a savings account for convenience and the rep that opened the checking account did it unauthorized. The branch then ordered me an ATM card to access my savings account and a month later still no card. I called customer service today about my card I never received and after asking to report unethical activity at the branch, the call was terminated from their end. Horrible customer service.

Community first credit union has by far been the best banking experience I've ever had. I've been a member for almost two years now, and they have been Awesome!

I just loath Automated recording. They are no help when you have questions that are NOT listed.
I can’t get through to anyone at any branches to ask a measly question. Don’t hold your breathe for anyone to answer. I’ll just about at the point of closing my account.

Once again Atm doesn't work. Y'all need to step your game up, getting fed up not being able to get my money when I need it

Give it 3 stars because I do like my credit union amd because I do understand the times we're in but an hour and half in line.
