Problem is reach Joan by phone or nurse - v/m full and the weren’t answering other lines operator tried several time
So I have no way to return message and follow up referral

Love CHC and all it has to offer! Joan DeRiggs, Crista and Jessica were all wonderful and very professional. Joan listened and took her time to care for me. I did not feel rushed through my visit at all. Joan’s caring personality makes you feel very comfortable. Lab tech was very friendly and it was pain free. Thank you for a fantastic visit!

Joan DeRiggs is absolutely amazing! She takes her time, listens and goes above and beyond for her patients. Unfortunately, I’m only giving this review two stars because of the horrible phone issues and lack of patient care and support. It’s always impossible to get anyone to answer an extension, let alone call you back! Or get the proper medical records to get referral’s approved!

Horrible place. They do nothing for ya. And if you don't walk in with a smile on and happy as can be no matter what you get told ya have a attitude. HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE! They have no care about the patients what's so ever. Horrible horrible place. Wish we could give negative stars

Great detailed appointment. The Dr was very pleasant and took her time with diagnosis and discussion.

Can't even make an appointment because you can't reach anyone to find out if they accept your insurance or not.

This has to be my most favorite location out of all the CHCs! I have the best therapist! Very understanding and kind. She even saw me when I was over the grace period for being late. The staff is friendly at check-in and check-out. Definitely worth driving 30 miles from home to go to an appointment. Overall a positive experience. They have a financial aid department, sliding scale, and will work with you. Definitely recommend.

Very hard to get a dental appointment at these centers. Called Orange County phone line without success. Ended up writing an email to reach them.

Mwakisha the dental coordinator from Leesburg (she's not even from my county!) called me a day later and gave me valuable information on how to get an appointment in my county. Walked in next morning to a center without appointment and I was attended. Mwakisha's customer service skills are at another level. Give this girl a raise.

I have been a patient 15+ years - unfortuneately they are stacking their sppointments and making me wait 30 -60 extra minutes past scheduled time.also please note the dental and eyecare do not take all insurance yet (medicare!), pharmacy is 5 stars

The staff at the front desk are always polite and professional. The restrooms are always clean. There is always masks, sanitizer and wipes available.

Standard healthcare, usually have long wait and hard time getting last minute sick appointments, but at least its a affordable option for people without insurance

The only thing I didn't like was that CHC itself takes my insurance but the pharmacy doesn't a little inconvenient other then that the doctor and the nurse seem sincere and caring which I appreciate bc the last pcp I had just made me feel rushed like he had more important things to do.
