Worst experience. Had an appointment scheduled to come in at 1: 00pm. Was called the day before BY THE DOCTOR to come in earlier at 11: 00am. Wait 3 and half hours to not be seen. Wasted a day just to told to wait around. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours to be seen. This appointment was also made a month in advance.

Always feel my children are in good hands they are amazing staff from the front desk to the dentist also always do a great job

I read a couple of reviews and thought I was in for a disappointment. I could not have been more wrong. The place is clean, bright, and inviting. Staff and patients are friendly and helpful.
The wait times were not unreasonable. Well worth the hour drive it took me to get there.

My husband have more than a month waiting for the referral to see the ent, and still not been sent, the referral department is a trash, I don’t recommend this place at all, besides that Dr are not Good if you have pain they always recommend ibuprofen, my gall bladder was bad n they say keep taking ibuprofen,

Tiffany is disgusting and she harassed an American citizen. She's condescending and violated Constitution laws and she needs to be fired. She doesn't know the law and we are not going away. We the People

Chi in Cutler Bay Florida is improving. Check in was fast. The head pharmacist Rolando was super nice and very very helpful. Also the staff that works under Rolando was very helpful and nice. May God always blessed them ALL!

Security needs to be retrained on the laws and what they can and can’t do, especially the Chief Hamilton acting like a tyrant. As well as acting with more professionalism since it’s obvious they are lacking that here

First off everyone needs to be getting check-ups so gets a family doctor, and a good case manager. There is assistance for all needs. There is a EXCELLENT pharmacy there and those are some attractive people who work the pharmacy. There's a lab for blood work. There is mental health, and security. The front desk is great and very helpful, transportation offered as well, and AN AMAZING CAFE. I'm a foodie so yea I love the cafeteria. It's a friendly environment so don't be shy.go in for services.
