I made an appointment for the west Kendall location (when I called, I called this location). When I get there, they tell me that I don’t have an appointment. When they go to verify, they tell me that my appointment is for the Perrine location which I never asked for. So I basically wasted my time and missed an appointment. By far the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Will never go back here.

Do not go here! Idk why I lm posting this 1 year later I should’ve posted it when this happen. First they all talk Spanish not an inch of English so if you only speak English go somewhere else! They don’t take us young people serious the time I went I needed the doctor to check why I had a rash she rolled her eyes and said why I was there again! Very unprofessional! I ended up leaving from there going to a different doc turned out I had an STD and she refused to give me proper treatment or take out blood! Disgusting. For the elderly I can see it work but not for me.

The worst personel I have ever seen. They never can give you a solution. When you dont have a appointment they said go to Baptista even if your child is in a bad condition. When you have a appointment they let you wait more than 1 hour.

GET NURSES AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATION THAT CARE. I always spend at least 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone to make an appt all for them to ALWAYS hang up on me. Then, for me to call back and have them tell me, " the doctor says they can't see the child we're too busy, go to the ER. " No apologies, no care in the tone of voice, to return phone call for hanging up on me, and COMPLETE rude and interruption in the conversation. I have the call recorded, feel free to ask to hear the conversation. NO THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME! IT IS EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOOD IN THERE IS THE DOCTOR.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, let me start by saying that the i dont know what the receptionist think of life (Pediatrician Office) she has not realized that she is the face of the office and has an horrible attitute everytime i walk in, she's not helpful at all. Today i had to almost force her to make an appointment for my daughter, that has been sick for more than a month and i mentioned it to her that she also has been in the emergency room 3 times, her answer was you walked in with no appointment when your daughter had it last week (WHICH APPOINTMENT I WENT TO WITH MY 6 MONTH DAUGHTER AND THEY COULDN'T SEE HER BECAUSE THE INTERNET WAS DOWN) NOT MY FAULT, THEN INSTEAD OF ATLEAST GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF HOW MUCH TIME I HAD TO WAIT SHE JUST SAID ITS A GENERAL PROBLEM AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER ON WRITING DOWN MY DAUGHTER'S INFO TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HER. I HAD TO LEAVE. Also to get a referral or any paper for daycare is a headache not helpful at all. I've dealt with her bad service because I LOVE MY DAUGHTER'S DOCTOR (LEANET MOMPOSO) BUT I HAD ENOUGH OF HER TODAY. It's enough stress having a sick child to get there and get treaded like this every single time.

From the first step in this place you could sense that it was going to be a nightmare. This is because at first the receptionist dont even greet you and then have an attitude towards you as if you are a bother to them. I was able to get one of the receptionists name (Kembla) because she was very rude. After my appt to get a referral I had to go back the day of my specialist appt because they didn't put the tax ID for the specialist to bill my insurance and when we went back the lady in charge of referrals (Elizabet) seemed like she didnt want to work. She told me that the tax ID was not necessary on the referral that I was just making her do extra work. So I had to call up Baptist to speak to Elizabet because she didnt want to put the tax ID and then after when she finally did she put it in the wrong place. These people dont want to work they want to do as little work as possible. They do not care for you and if you need any help or understanding from them it's a bother.

Customer service is terrible, the wait is horrible, you could spend hours just sitting there that they would just simply not even look at you, when you seeking help the most, at this place is where you will find it the least, i’ve been sitting here for more than 3 hours and nothing.
El servicio al cliente es horrible, las horas de espera infinitas, te ven sentado shy esperando y ni te explican o dicen nada, cuando más necesitas ayuda en esto lugar es donde menos la vas a encontrar, llevo más de 3 horas esperando y nada.

Everytime we come to this clinic, we have the best experiences. Dr. Jesus Hermida and Dr. Lianet Mamposo are truly one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of being treated with. Both are beyond nice and friendly and treat their patients in a comforting matter. Definitely an underrated clinic.

Cada vez que venimos a esta clínica, tenemos experiencias tremendas. El Dr. Jesus Hermida y la Dra. Lianet Mamposo son unos de los mejores con quienes he tenido el placer de que me atiendan. Los dos son muy buena gente and tratan a sus pacientes en una forma agradable. Definitivamente una clínica espectacular.

This clinic has to be the worst in all of Miami. I had a terrible experience, starting with being unable to reach anyone via landline. God forbid you need a referral to a specialist! Worst department ever.

This clinic can be described with one word MEDIOCHRE!

Don’t waste your time! Find another Clinic!

Don’t make the same mistake I did.

MOST of the doctors are really nice and helpful, both me and my mom go to this hospital because she has insomnia and I have Turner syndrome and i just get sick often. I had a really bad day with a particular nurse who was rude and had none of the tact that nurses usually have, and with an assistant who seems soo lazy and had me waiting a long time because I made an appointment and they had to do another one for the same day because my appointment wasn't in the system, I waited to be attended to a little more than an hour before leaving to go to school which I was late for. I keep going because it's close to my house and the main doctors extra helpful and professional. And it doest usually take too long when I go for an appointment, it was only that day because something went wrong somehow, it was very disappointing and it was the same day that the nurse was rude to me.

I was just turned down by them at 4: 30 pm because all the doctors where gone for the day. I did not have an appointment and had an emergency and needed to see a doctor. I asked the receptionist if I could see the doctor the next day and said no, sorry. Not the type of place to offer help.
Stay away!

I am giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars or minus 0. -0 is actually the rating they deserve. THEY DONT CARE FOR PATIENTS, THE GOOD DOCTORS LEAVE ALWAYS. Poor service, Poor staff, poor everything in general.
