What I come to write is regarding Doctor Midiala Díaz who until today was my pediatrician.child, which I chose thinking that she would be that person who would take care of my baby for many years and would always give him the best of herself, even until today I had the best opinion of her as a pediatrician and I would not want to have to put this type of reviews here but It seems necessary to me after what happened today; My child was vomiting today and I decided to call to see if she could see him. At approximately 1: 50 PM, the person who took care of me named Martha told me that she would let the pediatrician know about an emergency and they would be calling me back to See if I could see him and give him a place among his patients with an appointment (a call that I never received). The child continued vomiting and at approximately 3 in the afternoon I decided to go to the clinic to see if the doctor would finally see him. When we got there, there were only two patients who weren't even hers, that is, she didn't have any patients waiting, and when one of the receptionists asked her if the child could see me, she refused to give him assistance due to the fact that she had to leave at 3 o'clock. That is to say, she could not waste her valuable time, perhaps 5 to 10 minutes, to see the baby, who is a small child who is not even two years old and is at greater risk of dehydration because he had to leave. Midiala would like to know where the professionalism is, the medical ethics and human values ​​that you as a doctor and my son's pediatrician should have, how is it possible that someone who prepared for many years to provide care to the sick and save lives, has denied medical assistance to a small child that apart from everything she is her patient, apparently she didn't care that my son was dehydrated, she denied him attention and that's it, she couldn't even face me thank God the pediatrician Marie Nicolas Alexandre was kind enough to take care of my child, I hope Midiala you read this and give me an answer that justifies the ugly action you took today, which was unacceptable to me.
