My workplace uses them to fill our tanks. The customer service is really nice. The guys there really make sure you are taken care of, and the propane is reasonably priced compared to competitors.

Justin was prompt and on time during the designated appointment. He went through all the points of the safety inspection and answered all of our questions regarding the tank, gas lines and the leak caused by the prior company who only pinched off the line rather than capped it off. Justin was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. It was a pleasure meeting him and as a former employer he was excellent in customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to our neighbors.

Alex, Generator, was thorough and highly professional in all aspects of review. Generator orientation was clearly stated. All questions answered in detail.

Most expensive propane delivery in the area $5.999 gallon and they charge $15 fuel surcharge….

*Doesn’t seem like I’m able to respond to owner. Just under 36 gallons of propane at $5.999 gallon and fuel surcharge fee of $15 and Hazmat fee of $15. You can pickup a new #20 full tank for $60, exchanges for $25. Prices are waaaaaay high here. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no response.

Had a bad experience with customer service in the billing department. I don’t feel comfortable going into your office after dealing with Cristina’s nasty attitude. I’m just going to request to speak to Shawn from now on, so that should solve my problem moving forward. Hopefully…

Randy and Alex were here from Como Thursday and Friday to prep all of my electrical for installation of my home Generac Generator. They called prior to arrival, were very prompt, friendly to my husband, myself and put dog Scooterbig and most important they were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Josh is so professional, courteous, and continues to keep me up to date with my generator system. He is someone who I would hire and want to work for me.

Where have you been lately you can say they were Friendly, Courteous and Helpful! Well here they are. I didn't get the gents name but a big guy at the desk on 6-1-22 @ 1500 couldn't have been better. This ain't no Walmart. Worth going out of your way if need be.
