This company only hires unprofessional, non-English speaking slackers that are constantly failing to be anywhere near on time. These employees do not provide quality service as they are ALWAYS* late and full of excuses… while they think I don’t speak 4 languages and understand them while they talk about making personal stops and trips in the midst of being late with the patients they have and actually laugh when requested to go directly to the appointment… instead they make detours and talk about you in a derogatory fashion.

A year as of September 3. We were 4 to 5 cars behind a school bus. We were at a total stop. The guys went from the break to to gas. Hit me so hard. He did not get out to see if I was ok. The cop said it was his fault. I had to be rushed to the hospital. 3 months later I had major neck surgery do to this company. I had to sue them. Lost my brand new vehicle had one a week total out. My head went into the steering wheel. I won my home case of 3 k. They had to pay out. Don’t use these people. It was dark that day. If I was right behind that’s school bus. I would not be here today. They are not safe driver’s

My first time dealing with them and it's been absolutely horrible. I would NOT recommend! Drivers are nice but don't speak English and anytime you call the office, they are pathological liars. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional in my life. It was laugh worthy. A driver told me to call the company because they brought the wrong vehicle for my patient in the wheelchair. I call the office, they tell me that's not their driver. Meanwhile the driver is sitting in the vehicle with the company logo! We're missing an appointment for no reason. And absolutely no accountability. If you choose, Seranno's, good luck.

IRRESPONSIBLE, POOR SERVICE, THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND WITHOUT NOTICE THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD, AND SIT DOWN AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME TO THE PHONE.

They have a reputation of being late ALL THE TIME. I blame it more on the dispatchers than the drivers. Some drivers lie about their ETA and sometimes another driver gets dispatched causing an even longer wait.

This company was hired by a physical rehab facility to drive my mother to my home after her release. If I had known what kind of vehicle they would send for her, we'd have made it work somehow getting her home in my truck! At least she'd have been as comfortable as possible and safe! A guy pulled up in what looked to be his personal vehicle (a four door small sedan) with a Serrano magnet on the side. My mother is of large stature at 5'11 and at the time had a broken foot and was unable to walk so getting her in the back seat of that car was a nightmare! By the time she got to my home she was in absolute tears, and had been hurt (shoulder with previous rotator cup surgery) by a firefighter or medic trying to pull her into the back seat of this car! If you are going to advertise these big fancy vans, don't show up for a client in your personal vehicle!

This company is horrible with time. My client had a 3: 30pm pickup time, they didn't arrive to 6: 20pm.

Don't use them for your loved ones. They are unprofessional. The driver Javier should be let go. My handicapped 14 years old needed to be transported because of his condition. He had a doctors appointment today. The driver called the doctors office himself and told the office if they didn't have a bed he couldn't drop him off. Note my grandson was already on route. Doctors office told him they will take him before any other patient and will only be 15 minutes. Javier told the doctors office he didn't speak Engish. Turned around and took my grandson home. So he never made it to his appointment. Javier lied to all that was involved. Company made excuses for everything. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I want to add my grandson was driving in the van for a hour when the doctors was 30 minutes away! What the hell was the driver doing for a hour!
