I chose Chuck as my RE agent due to family ties and all went well up until minor disputes. Chuck proceeded then to not keep his word on our contract and has spent very little money on marketing my property as promised. My house is a $7M house which deserves good attention.especially when I gave him his first every beachfront listing. I will be filing a complaint with Compass as the contract agreement has not been met.
