Service was easy to communicate my situation. Morning started with bad weather. Waited for a break and proceeded safely. Always stayed in touch. Nice job.

I've had Sign and Glide for over a year but thought i needed their help yesterday 1/2/23. My throttle linkage stopped working at my first spot to start fishing. I threw my anchor over and found the app on my phone. My call went right though and Beth in Florida knew my exact location. Tow Boat was at my location in less than 30 minutes asking what he could help me. My throttle seemed to be working and i asked him to follow me for a bit to be certain. I was ok with my situation and waved him off after he followed me closely. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from first call then directly to the Tow Boat Captain. I hope i never need to make that call again, but i won't hesitate if i need the assistance again.

Bobbie was amazing! We needed help on our boat and she was quick to act. Help was on the scene in minutes. Hassle free, & actually a delight to work with! There is no worse feeling than being stranded out on the water and we were back up and running in no time thanks to Bobbie! She even texted later to see that we made it back safely to the marina! Thank you!

Extremely easy to use. Called customer service, they arranged the tow and so far as went very well. Still waiting on an invoice from tow personnel and then will send in for reimbursement. Once that process is complete I will be willing to provide a 2nd review.

Sea Tow got to me in a timely fashion and safely got me back to the dock. I hope I don’t stranded again, but if I do I will be call them.

The service from the Progressive representative, Beth was excellent. The process was easy, quick and friendly. The service from the provider selected, Sea Tow, was prompt, professional and competent. I highly recommend both Progressive for boat insurance and Sea Tow for towing.

My engine quit on my boat & was stranded on the water. Went through my insurance that has agreement with compass. Compass called my & got a tow out to me almost as quick as possible. They were really concerned with my safety & getting back to shore. Called me a couple of times to check on me. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Ran soft aground in a weird channel. Called Sign n Glide and they sent Sea Tow right away. They have a very efficient locator device that pinpoints your location. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The captain had me off in minutes.

We ran aground and needed help getting pulled from the shoal. The tow was there in 20 minutes and not only did he pull us free, he told us how to get where we needed to go safely. They were super fast, super knowledgeable, and super nice. We really appreciate the help!

This tow was a positive experience. I was apprehensive at first but soon relaxed and enjoyed the ride. Clay arrived at my dock at 9: 25.5 minutes early. We were lucky. The weather was great. Clay is a professional and expert towmaster. He handled the Tow and trailer loading with ease. I'm very impressed. Outstanding job.
