Amazing customer service. Left a message expecting a phone call back sometime next week. To my amazement, was called back within 15 mins and all issues were resolved. Great job guys

Erica McAuliffe, manager at Compass Self Storage in Wildwood, Fl.was so pleasant and helpful in making my reservation on a 10x10x8 storage unit. She even showed me my unit. The location is brand new and clean.

My wife called few days ago to make an inquiry about renting a unit. David did a follow-up call today, we were in the area and stopped in. He showed us a unit #287, it met our needs
so we signed up.

Wrica was very helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. Facility is super clean. New entry and locking system for storage unit works off an app is really easy to use.

Compass Storage has been incredible…best storage facility that I have ever used. It’s clean, the lighting is good and Erica is to be commended for her outstanding service. I will highly recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Erica and David did a terrific job answering all my questions and giving me a first month discount. Starting my lease today. 10x7 units have a two month discount currently I’ll keep you posted but I don’t anticipate any problems. This is a great new facility with great features for accessing the units. Very convenient location too.
