Go there they are here to help. I got my mmj.card a few years ago.the staff and Drs. Understood my needs, diagnosed my illness and walked me through the process. I got my card ASAP and have renewed it as needed.they notify me when I need to renew and where even nice enough to let me come in for a free office visit on an occasion when I was having trouble navigating my re up. I just came due for my MMJ renewal and, after 3 prior visits at your clinic totaling 21 months (1 with your wife Keya at the very beginning and 2 with Halperin), I have definitely decided to select a provider that is better suited to my individual needs; I even went so far as to want to tell other prospective patients about my experience. Coincidentally, when I first decided to become a MMJ patient the quaint nature of your operation and your relaxed, one-on-one style was my main draw to your clinic, and things were still in their infancy in terms of size, patient count, future growth plans, etc.at this time. I loved this clinic! I even referred 6+ other patients to you (2 of whom were family members) due to my perceived rapport with you, your positive outlook, and how you operated, in general, as opposed to the other "big 420 doctors" and their staff.
However, as your clinic grew I noticed that the personalized service that I had valued so greatly was rapidly dwindling. You talk to everyone as though you personally remember and/or know them, and it sends the wrong impression since you don't and it's an act. On my 3rd and final visit I told you that I was concerned about the wait time on that week's clinic day because I had time-sensitive matters to attend to that day and couldn't get stuck there for hours. You told me that since I had been with yall since almost Day 1, had sent you so many new patients, and that I never asked for anything special, that you would just "fast-track" me when I arrived. You said that when I signed in you would notice my name and bump me to the front due to the overwhelming number of new patient visits whose visits often take 20-30 minutes, whereas my renewal would literally be a <5 minute visit. After signing in (and quickly realizing that no sort of prioritization was occurring), I rescheduled my obligations knowing that this would take a while. At that point, I just wanted to see how long I'd have to wait for an appointment that was described as "in-and-out" and ended up waiting nearly 1.5 hours to meet with you just to pay and another 30 minutes to see Halperin (for the <5 minutes, as anticipated). 2 hours. 2 hours? ! Really dude? I came to you when your clinic was almost completely unknown and from your own admissions wouldn't have even existed if your wife Keya Locke, MD didn't become MMJ certified and provide recommendations to patients until you became profitable enough to hire another MD. Hence the once weekly clinic day I would assume. Forgive my memory if I am somewhat mistaken, and I'm sure you'll have some sort of rebuttal to my comments/criticisms, but before you began handling our protected medical records (poorly I might add) weren't you a general contractor who just saw an easy-money niche and filled it? I am sincerely offended and dissatisfied by my treatment at, and what I came to know about, Comp Alt Care. What did you do to try to make this right? Nothing. Everyone who I referred to you will be switching to my new physician who is not only a gifted, talented MD, but he also operates with honesty and integrity. (Side note: My new MMJ doctor? Best doctor that I have ever had. Period.) I have his personal cell phone number (just in case) and his prices are actually less than yours. I thought for sure that loyalty meant something to you, but apparently I was wrong. (A final example of the overall ineptitude of the clinic? Why not. At my 3rd visit, Halperin told me in no uncertain terms that THC can be easily detected in saliva for up to 45 days, but no less than 30. Saliva? 30-45 Days? Smh.)

Super professional and helpful experience. If you have questions or you are ready to legally use the medicine you need, this is the place to come. They will safely and expertly guide you through the process, and make sure you find the help you deserve. Honestly, the only hard part is waiting on the state of Florida.

As someone who gets overwhelmed pretty easily, the process could not have been easier and everyone I encountered was a joy to speak with. 10/10 Would recommend.
