Amazed at how great everything was handled would recommend his services to anyone. Our Rat was an amazing pet and will be missed.

We lost our pet late night on a Sunday. I called another place located in Jacksonville- and now 4 days later still have not received a return call-. I happened upon Compassionate Care who answered the phone right away (on a weekend and late night) - coordinated with me to bring my pet then to their facility. The owner was professional and kind. The office was very welcoming, clean and smelled very nice. Our pet was returned to us two days later. The owner was very accommodating in our needs and schedule through the whole situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I will forever love these guys! It is unfortunate that we have had to use them more then once for our beloved dogs. They are so compassionate, kind and understanding. The last puppy we lost, I had covid and my husband we recovering from it. They were so amazing! As crazy as it is.we had to set up for payments. The fact that, that was an option truly was a blessing. THANK YOU COMPASSIONATE CARE! You did truly make and awful situation a little more bearable

This establishment truly is a one of a kind place and the type of care this family puts into the store is amazing. I cannot thank Mr. Stephen enough for his compassion and patience throughout this journey with us. I feel relief knowing our baby boy was at least in good hands during this process. He took the time to listen to us reminiscing and even made sure that our sweet boys lucky whiskers came back home too. I had my little dog Rhett die.he died in his sleep peacefully. I knew he was old and it was only a matter of time. But you're never ready. I was sad. But they were so helpful and caring. It made things so easy. I made several calls. No one answered but compassionate care. I had previous plans for that day. They made it so easy. He met me right away. I was able to keep my previous plans. I was stunned and at a loss.had no idea how to handle this. They took care of everything. I was able to keep my previous plans. They walked my through what was to be expected of them. When I would receive his remains back. Which were the next day. Very fast supperb service. They gave me a tufted of his fur. His remains were in this really cute little box. I'm so happy I found them, and they were the ones to help me thru this.thx again guys. So greatful

We lost our fur baby “Coal” on Thursday Oct 26,2023, we got him back in December of 2021, so he had spent most of his short life time allowed in this world with us, but it still seems like it happened so fast. I feel like God sent this place to us on that night, and they took him at 8: 00pm that same night and showed us so much compassion, even though Coal was no longer in that physical quick aging body, we knew we were leaving him in loving caring hands. We now have beautiful memories of his special time with us thanks to Compassionate Care Pet Cremation.

With all my heart and soul I recommend this place to anyone and everyone dealing with the loss of a little loved one. My little man passed away suddenly this past Saturday evening and I couldn't find anyone to help me with him, but this man went out of his way to help me and my wife. He meet me at the crematory that evening and had my best friend back to us Sunday early afternoon. God bless this man, he and his establishment are truly a blessing. Please do right by your loved one and come here for he truly does care and treats them all like true family members.

After suddenly loosing my Yellow lab we made the decision to contact Compassionate Care for the cremation and care for my dog. They made arrangements to pick him up and handle everything. The commutation was above and beyond with calls and text updating me throughout the process. They are very professional and sympathetic at this difficult time. If I could give them 10 stars I would they met and exceeded all my expectations. Drake was always given the best in his 12yrs of life with me and that continued with the care and handling of him from Compassionate Care! I highly recommend!

I recently contacted Compassionate Care Pet Cremation to handle the farewell to my beloved best friend (Noah). I must say that Mr. Stephen and Stephanie went above and beyond for your girl. I never had to handle a death of a furbaby. Didn’t know what to do but Stephen explained the entire process to me and I was very amazed at his services. Losing a pet is a very stressful, sad, and painful thing. The staff here truly cares about you and your pet, and they are so kind and understanding. I knew my little guy was in the best hands, and that he was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this service!

I explained to Mr. Stephen that my Shih Zu, Maui, was struck by neighbor, due to him driving on my yard, striking my baby. Mr. Stephen was veryyyy compassionate towards my family and I, as we mourned his death. I’ve never experienced this much pain in my life. Mr. Stephen has put my family and I, heartache at ease, with so much care he showed towards us. He even took care of us as we said our finale goodbyes. Thank you Mr. Stephen for everything. RIP son. I will get justice for you.

The owners here are exponentially kind, me and my family lost our cat suddenly this past week. She has been with us for over 14 years and we miss her greatly. We got her an urn, paw print and they gave us some of her fur along with flower seeds that we could plant to remember her by. They treated our kitty well and we are happy to have something to forever cherish her with.

Our dog pasted away late evening and Compassionate Care was there at anytime we needed, they went out of their way to help, even made him look like he was just sleeping, A hard time for us and we want to thank the owner for his kindness.
