We are extremely happy with Complete Air. The technician that managed our annual schedule was perfect-did everything and was professional and polite.

My wife and I chose Complete Air and Heat to install a new AC System in our beachside home. They partner with Daikin which has a 12 year parts warranty on the system and it’s rated well! Complete Air and Heat covers 2 years of labor under warranty, and we paid for an additional 10 years of labor. We have a 12 year parts and labor warranty, and that feels good. The Daikin System is quiet and efficient, we love it. The team that installed the new system did a good job of installing, cleaning up after themselves, and explaining the new system to us. We’re feeling like we made a good decision in going with this company…. Time will tell!

My tech was great! He was courteous and explained what he found. Had us cooling off in no time!

My AC unit won’t run and I called Complete Air & Heat. We didn’t have an appointment and they were able to get to us in about an hour. It was a simple issue (clogged drain). They fixed the problem and didn’t try to “fix” something that wasn’t broke. I will definitely use them again.

I have been dealing with complete air and heat for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that I have always received outstanding professional service. I do not have one single negative comment to make.

Complete air n heat are all the positive things to like about a business.they stayed and investigated problem until they found what they thought was the issue.unfortunately they had to come back but did not charge us and fixed the problem.we will b loyal customers from now on.

We thought we had detected a fault or failure to turn off once reaching the desired temp. A technician stopped by. He ran tests and determined there was no fault, provided information and charged not a cent. Complete Air & Heat did an amazing job repairing our system!
It was installed about 18 months prior by another company and had never worked correctly. A friend recommended that I call Complete air and heat and I am so glad they did! They were able to diagnose the problem and have it working better than ever in a very brief time. The office staff was very friendly and the technician was highly knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend this company.

They came out and diagnosed that we had several leaks. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The reason for the score:
- They’re not cheap, but did great work explaining why they had to go through the attic which required more copper but worth it. They replaced the condenser coil and copper line. Everything ran nicely. (This would have been a 5 if there were no other things that happen)
- 1 week later, I noticed that the ac wasn’t working properly, but didn’t give it much thought because the weather wasn’t that bad. 2 weeks total, I called on a Sunday bc it was getting hot to have them come back, The technician tried to convince me to have his team come tomorrow so I wouldn’t be charged the service call if it was another issue. I told him that I’m pretty sure it’s their issue and told him Im willing to take that risk bc it was 79F in our house. Anyway, he came out and found the leak in the soldiering that was caused by his team. The leak was by the unit in the garage. He fixed it and I was satisfied. (This would have been a 4 bc sometimes things get missed)
- 3.5 months later, I went to change my air filter to discover that my filter was saturated in the ac fluid that was discovered when we found the pin hole leak. He never checked the filter to see if it was damaged. I don’t mind the high costs for quality work, but to find a saturated filter in ac fluid months later was poor attention to details. They do this everyday and as a homeowner, I shouldn’t have to check their work. (I debated giving this a 2, but the technician was such a nice person. They got a 3 bc of his niceness).

Imagine if I didn’t check or change my filter every three months. I would have had more problems due to a clogged filter that was saturated in ac fluids.
