Complete Automotive Repair Sure Stop, Brandon FL

Sent here by the guys at AOP auto parts on Causeway Blvd. I'm very glad they did. Sure Stop was very helpful and very reasonably priced. I needed an exhaust system for my son's older 2006 F150 pickup. They gave me an excellent muffler and exhaust at a great price. I highly recommend this shop.

It was a friday and I got off early and I didn't think I was gonna be able to get my muffler delete but I was gotten in promptly. The job was very quick. And.
Uring the job I got to actually have my input considered when finishing the exhaust. Great experience, amazing customer service from Jerry & Jessica with generous pricing. 2011 Honda Ridgeline got some grunt but isn't screeching through traffic, superb.

Came in Wednesday morning with my nephew and got some great work done, 3inch pipe with muffler welded came out great and sounds wonderful. Owner very respectful and helpful and the Tec that welded it very cool guy with years of experience, also fair pricing. THANKS again

My Audi A6, was making a loud noise. My husband took the car to Sure Stop and the Staff took very good care of us. I mean from beginning to end the customer service was top-tier. Everything was explained in detail as to what was done to the car and he gave us some tips on aftercare to keep the car running well. TJ and Jessica took extremely great care of us and our truck. They could not have done anything better. The price was unbeatable. Their communication and timeliness was amazing. Their customer relations were as if we were their friends or family. We are beyond pleased. We are recommending them to everyone we know and even people we don’t know.

Went here for exhuast work and I was overcharged for horrible welds. The person they have welding does not know what he is doing. I previously came here a year ago for another car and the previous exhuast guy was 100x better and way more reasonable with his pricing. I do not recommend this place for any exhuast work and I will not be returning here for any future work.

$2611.00+ to have my SUV repaired and the original issue still exists. The owner, Mike, denied it's still leaking oil, even though I put a clean cardboard under it, and it's clearly still leaking. An oil leak caused my catalytic converter to clog, according to owner, claims it was replaced, but to what avail because the original oil leak will do it again. My vehicle was kept for 2 weeks, after being told it would be one. My vehicle was returned to me after my second visit, showing oil leak, with the bottom splash guard missing. When I called to locate it, it was found and handed to me, less the bolts, to replace it myself. I CAN NOT recommend this place for honest, quality work. Went there today, owner claims he didn't address any oil leak, he's lying. I have the invoice showing he charged me for a crankcase front seal and gasket kit oil filter and 5 quarts of oil. No leak, eh?

He denied it, and tried to show me partial invoice. Fortunately I have everything in writing. Even on original diagnosis he wrote of oil leak. This guy is a crook

Dealership wanted 2,900 to fix my daughters car. I bought the part myself took it here and they fixed it for under 200. Then noticed the dealership removed a part and didn't put it back in. I ran over to the parts store and brought it back for them to install for 25.00. In and out in less than 1 hr! I would 100% go here again

Do NOT take your vehicle there! They are scammers! They tell you things are wrong and say they fixed it, warning. They compete to see who can scam the most money.

Michael and his team are the best! Got me in and out quickly with my repair and were very courteous.

Got my rear axle as well as the shocks/struts done here. They were the only shop in the area that could take me on short notice. I came back a second time to get my full suspension worked since the last job they did had no issues. Micheal, the owner, was up front, friendly, and willing to work out a payment plan that worked for me. One of the better automotive shops in brandon.
