Complete Care: Integrative Physical Medicine, Oviedo FL

Each day I came in I was greeted by a bunch of smiling faces and it was honestly comforting. Both Andres and Evelyn, and even Leah, were all wonderful in their own right. Especially during treatment itself, being able to have good conversations with the staff is always a plus in my book. I really enjoyed being able to discuss things like football with Andres, and sharing laughs with Evelyn. Seriously, the staff is great and I can’t give enough props to each one of them. And even in terms of my recovery, as far as I can tell I’ve improved. My range of motion has surely gotten better and I’m thankful to everyone who has helped me.

Most amazing staff! Walking through the doors of Complete Care is like walking through the door of a friend’s house. I’m always greeted with a smile and kind words. The entire team is kind, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about Complete Care and their team! I highly recommend them if you are struggling with pain and need assistance with your recovery.

This place has really helped in our recovery. The staff is great. They are very friendly and are extremely helpful when I have pain to help adjust workouts and add therapies to help with the pain.

Everyone here was super amazing! Leah, Jessica, Evelyn, Andres and of course doc were all fabulous! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who gets injured in a car accident!

The staff at complete care have been amazing. From day 1 they were responsive and have always walked me through my care. Everyone made me feel comfortable and insured I knew what to expect. The sweetest staff, from the receptionist to the physical therapists and doctors they worked with me and were constantly checking in on me and how i was feeling, would definitely recommend if anyone has any existing health problems that need to be taken care of

Came to the Oviedo location seeking primary treatment for head, neck and back injuries in November ‘22. For the best interest of my healing process, I uprooted from my NYC fast-paced living environment and made the hard but ultimately beneficial decision to travel across the country and complete treatment at this quiet/ thorough facility instead. This was the fourth facility I had visited and the only one in which I felt treated like a human being rather than a number. This was unquestionably the right choice, as I was in the position of fighting back for my quality of life. The entire Oviedo Complete Care team, quite literally every single provider, was an absolute pleasure to work with.

They ensured I walked into the treatment plan with a full understanding of what my body was experiencing and how it was changing at each stage of recovery. This gave me immense peace of mind, considering the unfamiliar sensations of pain I was suffering through.

- Excellent patient/provider communication system (plus text message friendly reminders!)
- Virtual access ability for all medical records/ billing
- Flexible scheduling /rescheduling
- Offered Uber Health rides when I was without transportation
- Truly caring individuals that team together to provide world-class treatment care
- Everyone is fully focused on your safety, understanding and physical/mental progression

In reflection, these last 12 weeks were intensely enduring and I am relieved to have chosen to receive treatment from the attentive staff at this amazing facility. Complete Care helped guide me on the road to recovery and I am now feeling stronger and well equipped to continue towards optimal health. They helped me re-establish my life and I am forever grateful for their dedication, support and the endless laughs.

SN: I personally choose to be treated without medication, and although the months of pain felt unbearable, even just the light-hearted conversation/ jokes with the staff were enough medicine to keep me in the right mind space to continue pushing my health back towards freedom. 12/10!

The friendliest, most accommodating and professional healthcare facility i have been to. Everybody is very knowledgeable about their work. You can feel the compassion everytime they take care of you. All my concerns regarding the accident was addressed appropriately and now, I feel ready to get back to my daily life.
