Complete Dental Care, Port Charlotte FL

Had an appointment at 8: 30 on Monday morning, waited 15 minutes, then they started looking for my paperwork which I submitted online. They took several people ahead of me that arrived after me while "looking for my paperwork. " Blonde woman extremely rude and unapologetic. Refused to give me her name. Spoke with the manger, who finally apologized but offered no solution, and let me leave without being seen. These companies should be held accountable for wasting people's time. Respect goes both ways.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. Danielle did my teeth cleaning and made it a great experience.

The Doctor and the Assistant were very courteous, Knowledgeable, Professional and very kind in Explaining the whole procedure.

I had to have major dental work done that I had been putting off for quite a while. Finally the pain had become so bad that I was unable to eat and was living on coffee. My husband had been going to Complete Dental and he has a major phobia of dentists until he went there. I finally broke down and made an appointment because if he was letting them do the work he needed, then they must be doing something right. Dr. Leydey Fabelo is absolutely AMAZING! She is so gentle, sweet, and professional. She listens to your concerns, and makes you feel absolutely comfortable while explaining everything from beginning to end. Her staff are so knowledgeable, and caring. I could not have asked for better. I was so embarrassed to allow anyone to see inside my mouth, but after talking to them for just a few moments, I felt comfortable and the embarrassment almost went away completely. If you are on the fence about who to go to for your dental needs, please give them a chance. I am so happy that we did, and my husband and I are both now able to eat with no issues, and can smile with no embarrassment. The front office staff also are wonderful. They are nice and pleasant to speak to, and if you have any questions or concerns about your bill, they will get you the answers. We have definitely found our dentist for life and we recommend them to all of our family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

Great dentist and dental assistants! They are thorough, friendly, kind and they definitely make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this office.

Went in for cleaning they said I need deep cleaning and they can't do it till February, don't think I can wait 2months am going to go somewhere else

Had 2 Crown in both time the Temp Fell off AGAIN. Well there no Dentist on Friday or Managers. So now no eating on Christmas for me. These Hacks can't get me in till Tuesday. I expect Better for Crowds that Cost 1800 Dollars a Piece. BEWARE AND DONT GO THERE!

Liked doctor, but was charged $850.00 extra after procedure. I'm on a fixed income, business is corrupt.

The staff is caring and they make you feel comfortable. I have anxiety and they work with me at my pace. They are very respectful starting from the front desk. They can make a difficult situation better.

Excellent dental care and will continue my dental care in the future. No need to change anything. I had a very positive experience as a new patient.

Not happy at all. Been going there for years but the dentist last week took an old filing out and ordered a crown for that tooth but they left the tooth so rough on the sides that my tongue is raw from rubbing against it. It hurts to drink or eat anything. Will have to go back and have something done to fix this problem. Can’t b in pain until the crown comes in on Nov 1st.
