Wish I could rate the doctor separately from the office.
Dr. Emily Sklar is the most personal and professional dentist I have me met since leaving Seattle in 1994.
The office is typical of every dental office I have ever been to in Florida. They tell you one thing financially but then comes the shock that your insurance doesn't cover everything as previously stated and you must pay a large sum out of pocket to finish the procedure.
I found their financial staff to be abrupt, inconsiderate and unprofessional!
So, I would highly recommend Dr. Sklar, but not her office.

Both my husband and I were nervous (who likes to go to the dentist?) We were put at ease by friendly staff. They did their jobs well, the hygienists were gentle and thorough. Dr. Lee was great! He gave us options and told us what he would do if he were in our shoes. No shaming, no "you should have. ". Just great, respectful dental care. So glad to have found a place to get dental care for years to come.

The experience for me has always been professionalism with integrity. Check-in is easy. The reminders are easy. Courtney is wonderful, knowledgeable, thorough, and a top-notch professional. I would definitely highly recommend Complete Dental of Lake City.

Went here for a broken filling, was told I needed a root canal and crown, or extraction and replace the tooth after healing from extraction. I asked if a pulp cap and filling were an option because I did not want to go as far as having a root canal and crown or an extraction but was told no, just the two options mentioned above. My gut told me to get a second opinion, so I went elsewhere in Lake City and the dentist there was able to repair the tooth without having to even use a pulp cap, just a standard filling. Not sure why Complete Dental gave me two pretty extreme options to fix the tooth when another dentist was able to fix this with a regular filling, just glad I trusted my gut on this one. I will not be recommending Complete Dental to anyone I know and stronglty suggest they avoid this practice if they are considering going here. I will say that the staff were nice, just don't appreciate being given what I consider to be extreme options when another dentist was able to fix the tooth with a more conservative approach.

Absolutely mortified from the experience here. One family member with a cracked tooth and bite off from bad dental work. Another given unnecessary root canal with no crown. This is all being fixed + confirmed at a real dental office with highly respected Drs. Beware! I believe there is scam activity here.

My son got his first cavity filled even though he was 19 they were rude a didn’t want to let me back while he was waiting. My husband got a root canal an it had to be re done 3 times an they cut his tongue he couldn’t talk for a few days.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They set up a treatment plan for you and explain everything. They are not pushy at all. Enjoyable experience.

This office is a great place for all dental work. The staff and doctors are very nice and professional.

The staff and Doctor Skalar were wonderful. We had an emergency while on a road trip, they made arrangements to get me in to be seen and provided the best course of action for my care, taking into consideration the fact that I had an 8 hour drive ahead. I wish I could have them as my primary.

My first time at this practice for a Comprehensive Exam and Cleaning. I had to wait 4 months for an appointment but it was so honestly worth it. Courtney was very professional, knowledgeable, through and friendly. The absolutely The BEST cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Cobran was very through and complete with all my dental concerns. On my second visit she was able to complete my fillings and start Invisalign treatment. The assistant Jennifer was great as well. The office was very clean and the front staff was friendly! To say the least, Complete Dental did not disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new dental home.

Front desk staff Amanda was patient and kind. She explained my treatment plan/payment plan thoroughly. And has a pleasant smile.

This is my first time at Complete Dental of Lake City and it went very well. I was greeted with a friendly face to check me and I got all my questions answered. When I went to the back, the Dr. 's assistant took excellent care of me. She explained everything she was doing and always asked me if I understood everything or had any questions. She was wonderful! The Dr was gentle and explained what she was doing and what needed to be done. They also have different options for payments which came in handy for me. I will gladly recommend Complete Dental of Lake City to anyone who needs a dentist!

My first visit was a positive experience, from the attentive friendly front desk staff through my exam and including the recommended treatment plan moving forward. I felt respected and valued, not just another customer.
