Watch your bills very closely and be prepared to be charged for a "follow~up" if you have a problem with their work. If you have expensive work done like a $1700 crown or spend thousands for an implant and you have a problem with said work within a week or two, they charge you for an office visit. It happened once and I chalked it up to a mistake. But after it happened 3 times between myself and my husband, we won't be back. In September 2023, I came in to pick up a night guard that I was told I needed.they billed my insurance company $110 to pick it up. You can't make this stuff up! I called after one night and went back in because the night guard was so painful and far too tight, was treated in a condescending manner and told that's how it's supposed to be. I wore it 3 nights and a couple of teeth hurt so bad I thought they had come loose. When I called the office to tell them I was unable to wear it, they said to put it in super hot water. No improvement.
I took it to another dentist who said absolutely you cannot wear it because ITS WAY TOO TIGHT. She even tried to make it fit. It had already been drilled out as much as you could without it drilling through it. So yea, 300.00 down the drain and they don't care. They are there to sell, sell sell.so be ready to feel like you're on a used car lot. And watch your bills. I contacted my insurance company and told them the $110 I was charged to pick up the night guard should not be paid. The other thing the dentist did that day was look at the brand new 1700.00 crown that was just installed the prior month. It was still very painful and I couldn't chew on that side of my mouth. They just don't care about you. Once they have your money, they aren't very nice and Dr. Haidet will NOT accept responsibility. Any other dentist office would have fixed that night guard without question.
My husband spent like five or six thousand dollars on a dental implant and a partial plate. He is still unable to wear the partial plate. He went down to have her adjust it twice and they tried to bill him for that too. So his Hardware is also not being used.
The only positive here is the staff. They are all kind and respectful.
Terrible customer service. I'm 60 years old and I have never had issues like this. It's all about the $ here. We feel 100% ripped off

I lost a filling and called Complete Dentistry since my typical dentist is up north. Not only was I able to secure an appointment that same day, but when I arrived I was met by a very professional team who made it easy for me as a “new” patient. I was seen right on time and then met Dr. Dinh who could not have been nicer as well as very professional and knowledgeable. She quickly assessed my issue and explained what needed to be done. Her and her team immediately got the remainder of my filling out and then put a new one in. My problem had been resolved all within 3 hours of my first phone call!
I would HIGHLY recommend Complete Dentistry and may even be switching them to be my primary dental care team!

I've been using this dentist for a couple of years now. They have been flexible and professional for all my needs thus far. However I have only had the basics like; exams, cleanings and xrays no real major dental work yet, but I am doing Invisalign with them and I feel that has been pretty easy since it's just up the road from my place.
If your looking for a dental office I would give them a shot.

I went to complete Dentistry of Estero for the first time yesterday. I was very pleased with Dr. Dinh and her assistant. They were honest, knowledgeable and did not try to talk me into anything or upsell my visit. I'm very particular when it comes to finding a good Dentist! I defentially found a good Dentist here. All the staff were very friendly and professional! Again I've been to a lot of dentists that tryed to upsell their services to recommend things I don't need. I highly recommend this practice!

Everyone was very nice and appeared competent. I could use less upselling. If I come in for a cavity, I don't want to leave with 8000 dollars of suggested work. The old dentists just fixed what was wrong. This place is like a "factory". But that's the new dentist's business model. Plus, 2 grand for a crown?
