This group was on the list of preferred therapy groups at Mount Sinai - Miami Beach, and I am so happy I called. Jessica at the Front Desk was so friendly and answered every question. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and when I arrived I waited 5 minutes max. Judith did a very thorough exam and evaluation, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice. It was confirmed at my next appointment when I began rehab. The team LISTENS, they watch attentively, and they truly care. Even though you have one specific PT who oversees that day's rehab work, they support each other. So, just like it says on the site, you have a team working with and supporting you. They are such a great group - kind, attentive, fun, funny - that I look forward to coming here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I fractured my shoulder in December and Complete Therapy USA is helping me regain mobility of my arm.
